The good: + coaches speak english The bad: - coaches try to humiliate for taking an advanced class by punching with full power (despite the request to stop and the obvious weight difference). This is a huge no-go - silly combinations and the coach doesn't know how to count in a reasonable rhythm (bag work makes no sense like this) - The class is short (1 hour) and quite expensive (200 pounds) - the room is tiny. This is very dangerous, as you walk into each other when fighting - this is how accidents happen)
