Worst hotel ever. Staff do not greet customers. Without hesitation, they cross the line of flow that customers walk. Housekeeping is the worst, even when I told the front desk it wasn't ready, I got a reply but the staff doesn't work at all. With no action he has been no response for over an hour. When you argue with the staff, they will give you reasons to justify their actions. The front desk staff will prioritize internal communication, even if you speak to the front desk staff. They don't apologize if they realize their mistake. They are mostly amateur groups. If you go to the breakfast restaurant after 7:00, you will see staff taking food and drinks for themselves and posting customers waiting. WiFi is completely unusable. If you want a good experience in Egypt, I strongly advise you not to stay at this hotel.

I am a pilot traveled the world stayed from 2 stars to 5 deluxe even The worse parts of the world never happened that I keep calling the hotel numbers tens of times but no answer no voice messages even available so very ridiculous I just found out it's not a Helnan after calling Hilton honors, n IHG they said the name has been taken from the disturbing complaints and breaking policies and Hotel chain standards Where is the Egyptian minister of tourism? Bravo that's how you want tourists to experience? Shame on you

I came before the time of chek in because of the time of my plane early when I ask about availability of early check-in the answer was no availability and check in will be at 2 pm after that during my stay at the reception i saw around 10 person came and checked in they didn't welcome us the right way or the way i expected to be welcomed, i went to many hotels before at the same area or near it, and they welcomed us way more better

I was on business meeting day i liked the Conference Hall the hotel is very luxurious and clean in the middle of tagmoaa beside everything the pool was very nice and the place was very clean

friendly helpful staff, restaurants there with moderate prices, good for friends and family gatherings, nice views and seating areas

New building rooms much much better than old one The coffee on the swimming pool is fantastic where I. General all staff need proper training I would give 4 if the fix the pillow

Bad service asked the receptionist in the morning something in English he did not understand fly in my orange juice at breakfast. breakfast not a lot of choice. First night and hotel is appalling one side dogs barking cars making noises bad location second side weddings all night music then cleaning can't sleep. Bad for business travellers would not advice. It's an amazing and organized place. I like being there and really enjoyed. The people who works there are pretty gentle and their service is so professional. If you need to change your mood or even have a good time with your family or friends, don't hesitate to choose Helnan Landmark Hotel. This review is written with all my love and appreciation.

Facilities are old in general, but ok. Cleaness is like 3 out of 5. Safety 5 out of 5. Staff are friendly, can give 5 out of 5. Location 3.5 out of 5 if you are here for new Cairo for business trip. It's close to some of the best malls in Cairo. And new developed area such as waterway. Don't take any room 405-409, and maybe other ones on the 4th floor. They often have weddings on the 5th floor, it's super noisy and apparently the sound proof of the ceiling doesn't work. The low bass sound of music makes vibration so uncomfortable. I get that it's wedding but seriously. Imagine, it's almost 11pm now and it's still going on. Just called the reception, and was told that the wedding won't finish until 12AM for XXX sake :(

This is my first time at Helnan chain. The hotel is labeled as a 4 stars hotel since it doesn't offer alcohols. However, if you are looking for a 5 stars stay, you should definitely consider it. The booking price is very good for Egyptians and residents and these offers would cut down the usual rate to the half. You would notice a sweet smile from the receiptionist "Mariam" with warm welcoming and lightning procedure to check you in. Indeed it was under 5 minutes. Not only this, but I was so lucky to get a free upgrade to pool view free of charge ( this however won't affect my review ). The room was extremely clean, large enough for solo traveler like me or for couples. The view is also breathtaking. The bathroom is hygenic , clean and the hot water is available as you need. The shower knob would provide you with the hot water in few seconds unlike many hotels I had. I would give it an excellent points for the hot water. It also has built-in water jet (I don't like the handle water jet) so that was a another big plus as a preference. Moving out from the room, the architecture of the building is well crafted. It is a master piece with plenty of setting spaces around the floors that never encountered elsewhere. Meanwhile , it is extremely quiet and you would get a goodnight sleep with no noisy guests. The only pitfall of the place is the internet. I read many complaints and since engineering running in my veins, I tried benchmarking it myself. The average speed is around 100-200 Mbps with peaks up to 400 Mbps . The problem is the casual interrupt that I logged it many times. I don't know if it is internet instability or a bad IT team unable to efficiently manage the bandwidth for the guests. There is a wired plug but never tried it. The room service restaurant is a bit pricy but of a great quality. You should try the grilled shrimp as it is of an elite taste. The breakfast is of somehow limited options. I attached images to give you an estimate of your expectations about it. Most rooms are booked with breakfast included. There is a coffee machine which is all I wished for to start my morning. Tye checkout process was also quick and hospitable. I was lucky to have it done by Mariam as well. You can't skip her friendly attitude and genuine smile. I tried to include photos for all discussed aspects as much as possible. This is a hotel that I would come back many times later. Just I hope they do more regarding the internet issues. That's why my overall rating is 4 stars for this magnificent hotel.

The Hospitality Management is the worst hospitality we experienced the last 6 years. Their reservations administration team led by Ms. HALA KATAMESH do not tell the truth, and always have ways to bend realities, and push the professional responsibility on the guest. First of all, as a business we reserved an event with certain facilities and timing to start in. We arrived early to find the facility booked to another company that was utilizing it. When our guests arrived, we had to make them wait for about an hour till the team fixed their double booking and we started our event late. Once we started the hospitality arrangements were not on the level, and we experienced a lot of interruptions and walk ins by the staff, that was not comfortable to the event. When this was raised a new waive of apologetic visits were done led by Ms. HALA Katamesh, she wanted to make it up to us, and promised to give a free stay in night in a room for an exchange. We waited for the voucher to come in, and it NEVER came. Once we reminded her of the night they owe us, she said you are welcome, and confirmed both by phone and WhatsApp. Once we arrived, she claimed we have to pay 50% of the fees, and asked us to show any "Written Commitments" and her night manager (I do not recall his name) referred to lack of professionalism from our side, that we needed to close that in writing and that we have to seal it in an email, and pay the room fees. The situation lasted for 1 hour and half, we left the place, and did not take our compensated night and promised to keep this as an online campaign, and will send an email with all facts their hotel management. As lesson learned: Do not do business with them, they really bend truth and are very apathetic and full of non-sense.

Quiet hotel, excellent service and affordable prices

The Hotel has the best reception of its kind, you will meet the most beautiful smile from Mariam Hesham, you'll not resist to extend a day. clean environment, conducive to spending most of your time admiring adorable art. They have the best food and finger licking 😋. Their swimming pool is crystal clear, trust me, your proposal ring won't disappear deep down there.

I had great experiences at Helnan Landmark in 2022. I stay there every time I visit Cairo. The room was spacious and clean. The staff members I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff, are always delightful and eager to help! The front desk staff is highly efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel also has a delicious cafe and restaurant.

Wide rooms, clean, comfortable, basic breakfast and nice services. Location beside the banks area, 5 minutes walk from lots of restaurants

Very poor facilities on the 2nd floor business area, however the rest of the floors are very nice thanks to Mr Ahmed who made the rest of my stay training in the business area great, Food was average!

Good location that is easy accessibile and nearby a lot of places but we need to talk here about items that damaged the experience, the door staff are a bit unprofessional and the parking options are not great by any mean , very expensive garage and unsafe street options , food is really great and well served , it is a good option as a city hotel but not recommended for leisure vacations unless you have an organized outside of hotel activities to do

Booking was not reliable . We booked a Seminar and we were asked out of the room as another group booked the same hall at the same time. We were given the room one hour after our initial booking time with no partial reimbursements and no satisfactory compensation. Will look for another venue in my future bookings inshAllah.

This is a very good meeting location and reception location. It is an older hotel and some of the rooms need updating. Water pressure is great in some showers and questionable in others. Some rooms have many outlets and others have only 1. The beds were comfortable and clean. The people are nice, but few speak English... Which is fine as it is a Cairo hotel. The pool is cold and could use some cleaning on the bottom, but it looks nice. The gym has a lot of equipment and good trainers who are helpful, but it is below the hotel and not part of the hotel... So there are a lot of locals who use it. The stream room and sauna are broken on the men's and women's sides and the central jacuzzi has two seats with jets. They are good, but there are only two. This jacuzzi pool is used a few nights of the week for swim lessons for local little children. Let's just say that the hotel should not advertise that they have any of these amenities. The breakfast is good and the only cook does a great job.

Nice hotel with beautiful interiors. The breakfast buffet is good. The room access card gets deactivated if it touches your mobile phone. This was quite inconvenient. My bathroom floor clogged due to poor slope for water drainage. Good room service.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the place is really comfortable..

Weedings make a lot of noise that makes guests hard to sleep, not recommended if you are on a business trip and want to have a good sleep.

Helnan is considered for me a high end 4 Staff is very friendly and helpful Quality of food is amazing Prices are on the expensive side but ok Parking with fees is available and it is the worse experience Special needs parking is not available Special needs entrance is available Rooms are good and modern Room space is good For Muslim travellers I am not sure if they have wine or no But food is halal for sure Mixed swimming pool and rooftop cafe is available

I stayed there for one day, the room was good if you are in for work. Breakfast wasn't good. I had lunch at Moroccan restaurant, it was really good. Generally speaking it wasn't a bad experience.

Very good for business and quick vacation. Hotel is clean. staff is friendly. Food is good and restaurants and cozy. You will enjoy ur time there. Just need some more activities and some varieties at breakfast buffet.

Bad cleaning services, they did not change the towels after 2 days of being used, didn't replace the floor mat in the bathroom, did not refill the toilet paper and the tea bags in the service tray. That was so strange forca five stars hotel.

I took dinner at Elveradna restaurant and it was a nice experience. The scene and decorations around pool is nice especially in Christmas. The staff are polite and friendly.

I attended an event in a private hall. The food was very good unexpectedly. The package for the event was very reasonable

Been there only for a few hours but it seemed nice and clean. The rooms are modern and the pool is big and nice. There's also a small kids playground and a nice space to run around. Didn't try the overnight stay though hence can't give the full stars.

Be aware! The Wi-Fi in the hotel is terrible and seldom connects. The hotel is really having weird service. No car entry for the guests/ tourist! You get off on the road, drag your own luggages (yes, there is no bellman to help you). You carry and put your luggage in the security scanning machine, get those down, drag and walk a bit to the check-in counter... You'll then have to take a walk to find your way in to the room, the entrance for rooms and the lifts are weirdly located. You won't see no air conditioning in the lift, before the lift (lobby), etc. In the morning you will see the main lobby lights are off (which hotel does that?). Then breakfast: the options are so limited but you will have some sushi/ sea food 😅. No one there to serve you or ask you anything. You help yourself. The egg station, most times you'll find the person not there. Except for all these, the room is big and clean.

I attended a wedding party and main parking was full. They has out door parking (in street) with guides who are young and tuff asking for extra fees than value of ticket. The service in the party was by underage stuff with no experience. Food was moderately quality and cold where should be presented hot food.
