It's a very busy company, wouldn't recommend working there, unless you're ready for stress!

My workplace ❤ I love the environment and how nice people are. Plus, it's a good place.

Although I have joined the training session after being accepted in an interview, Teleperformance did not pay me a penny or change the project as prior promises after not passing the certification test. Ten applicants being trained together seems to be fair. The administration did not require paperworks for monthly salaries as other companies do. There is no transportations before 10:00 PM🕙. The company is located around various stores and restaurants. Water is served free of charge, as well as clean cups, and I see it as an advantage especially when it comes to working days. The community is peacefully minding their own business. The security workers calmly doing their job. Glad that the place is cleaned on a daily basis, and hand sanitisers are handled in multiple locations. The bathrooms are small but since there ate more than ten floors, you will find at the end a free toilet. A big disappointment for the payment promise they failed to fulfil.

Looks nice and comfortable place ,getting a call center job there is very easy but salaries are not very good

i went there for a job interview ... i did not get accepted but the employees were very helpful and very friendly

Great environment, up to date facility compared to other companies in Cairo. Jobs, Salaries and Professionalism is also decent based on my experience there.

capitalist enterprise, they fired me when I didn't achieve the quality without even a notice period...! There I experienced lots of differentiation between classes, they treated agents very bad as they were under their authority without any mercy or appreciation...!
