One of the best places that U can feel comfortable or take a break while drinking a sweet delicious coffee, I enjoyed the taste of cake also, really so tasty and delicious~~

Costa coffee is usually good for a reliable to-go coffee / quick coffee fix. So there isn't much to add for that. They own their own coffee label so it's standard across all branches locally and abroad. ☕️ - This Costa branch is always full to the brim. It seems to be a meet up spot for locals here in this neighbourhood. The atmosphere of the place isn't in my opinion suitable for work / study / reading because of how busy it usually gets, but rather is more suitable for quick meet ups / coffee fix for like an hour or so. One of the negative points though, is that smoking and non smoking areas aren't spacially separated. Some tables are marked smoking next ones that aren't. Its mostly well ventillated so It is OK of you don't kind the smoke smell. 🚬

The only problem I face is that smoking is allowed inside, such a small place makes the smoke spread everywhere inside. it's not non smoking friendly place to set in.

I visited a lot because of the great view of a calm street in Zamalek, but this time unfortunately they added taxes over the prices in the past the prices were included also you will see a difference between the menu and the prices you pay. Also the bottle of water is for 15 EGP also without taxes and this is too much as it only costs 4 EGP. I hope they review their prices and adjust the menu.

Bad food, quality is much worse than in the past, very bad service, expensive.

The best 2 costa in cairo zamalek and maadi , you feel home , service is amazing , taste of coffee is delicious , the stuff are very polite .

It is ok for a quick hot drink when short in time. Egypt does have a coffee shop culture and Costa is lagging a little behind. Things I like: long opening hours, wifi accessible, reasonable prices, good presentation and friendly service. Things i don't like: broken up pavement outside the establishment, inside smoking environment, excessive use of sugar in their hot brews and weak coffee. That said we have been here a few times and most probably will visit again, we just try to avoid crowds as the smoke becomes somewhat unpleasant.

The best place in town for coffee, hands down. Although this particular branch does not boast an amazing view, it is situated in a relatively quiet and elegant neighbourhood. The service and coffee are top notch as always, highly recommend this place.

Although I like all of costa coffee shop branches this is the branch I like most, good location nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.

I love it. Cozy place. I go there a lot. No vegan options except the coffee milk. But the place has its own vibe.

Costa used to be one my favorite coffee shops years ago especially zamalek branch but i was really disappointed in my recent visit where the branch seems to need renovation as well as the food quality used to be much better , hope they work on becoming as they used to be years ago one of the best coffee shops in town

I ordered a mocha cream, and received basically flavoured crushed ice.. asked the waiter, and just offered to crush it more. Extremely bad experience

Nice coffee has the good aroma and the best taste.
