🍔 Food: I ordered a steaky burger. The bread was very nice and the pattie was nice and juicy and the cheese and sauces tasted good. Overall it was a very nice one (P.S. It doesn't say in the menu that it has chili peppers, so if you're not into spicy, ask for them to be removed) All their sandwiches come with fries (and that's one of the nice things about BF) but the fries this time were quite oily - the taste was fine. They were crunchy but a lot of them were crunchy with oil if you know what I mean. 🤵 Service: It isn't their fault obviously, but the power cut a while before I came in and came back after more than an hour (happens from around 6 to 7 in Zamalek as part of the electricity cuts at different times in Cairo). The waiter took my order while it was out so that was good but it took some time till the order came (it was just me and a couple seated in the restaurant - maybe they had several delivery orders?) Something that annoyed me a little was that when I asked to pay w/ my credit card, he didn't get the receipt before coming to tap my card and laughed when I asked for it just to check that the order was right. 🏙 Atmosphere: If you like small cosy places that aren't too obvious (and thus don't get too many people/crowds), you'll like the BF. The space is grungey with graffiti on the wall and casual seating. I personally like it. The music is fine - not my taste but I understand it's popular I'd come here again - been coming since 2017/2018 :) I'd recommend it to burger lovers, especially for their Frenchman burger for blue cheese fans! 🧀

The taste not that appealing, the credit card machine doesn’t work, the cold drinks machine doesn’t contain diet products. And one diet Can costs the same As a refilled regular cup, the store in general needs some maintenance

Went there yesterday for a quick bite. Place was almost empty only one client. Took a burger and they were offering drink free only for a short period. Service was quite, place was clean and the service was smiling and hospitable. Food was nice and I liked the whole experience. Thank you burger factory.

Big size burger & hotdog, worth it with the price

One of the really nicr, cozy and delicious burgers i’ve had! I like the taste of the beef itself, the burger mix, the portion exactly as needed but maybe for other people they prefer bigger! I tried the cowboy with onion rings, delicious!!! I’m in love withe the combination of onions, onion rings and the whole mix! The bun was super soft and with “the burger factory” printed on. The fries are fine but could have been more crunchier would nail it! It’s a very small place was nearly empty but deserves a shout out! The staff are helpful!

Der Laden ist süß eingerichtet. Es sind etwa 15 Sitzplätze im drinnen. Der Service ist leider schlecht. Wir haben Burger mit Getränken bestellt, es gibt nur Pepsi zu trinken und keine andere Auswahl, das Essen war zu Ende und Getränke kamen nicht. Die Leute aus dem Personal saßen da rum und haben jeweils mit dem Handy gespielt. Bei dem ganzen Besuch war nur das Essen gut!

Delicious burger and super fast ordering speed I was amazed how quickly they did it in exactly 10 minutes, It's quite expensive than buffalo burger, but in my opinion buffalo is better in the matter of quality, quantity and the price too. parking lot is so hard to find one around the area.

Meat burgers are very good and full of options compared to the chicken. I ordered a burger of chicken - not a chicken burger as they are different dishes here - it was nice; it's just not filled up enough. I mean just the chicken, lettuce, mayo and everything else can be ordered as an extra. My friends' burgers were good as they were meet ones. They loved it! The place is quite small; I didn't expect that. In addition, if you're making a tour and this is one of the destinations, no toilets here. Staff are friendly; can speak different languages so don't worry! But generally coming again!

A small but very stylish trendy restaurant with cool music. The staff was very friendly without being intrusive. The burgers were extremely good and for me as a vegetarian there was a vegetarian version.I will be back for sure

The waiters forget about my order. Nobody there and he just forget without excuse!! Then he’s roll eyes make his job. Not speak English. Not polite. Not soooo tasty for this service and waiting time. Really upset. Not recommend.

i have never seen a worst service than this even the staff fighting with a very bad language bo ice no straws food came in 45 minutes even tho we ordered appetizers only and the food didn’t even taste good. I posted about my experience on my verified account so everybody can know.

If you are a traveler looking for a taste of the states in Cairo go to the Burger Factory. It is a quick walk from the Marriott, menus in English and the food is excellent.

I love the place.. Been going there s8nce they first open.. I like the new furniture but they r not comfortable at all and also not practical for dining, also not making the best use of the small space of the restaurant.

TL;DR: It's a fast food burger trying to be gourmet and failing but still okay. Dont expect a thick juicy patty cooked to your liking. Instead you'll get a circular piece of kofta. They use pretty good ingredients but they have no idea how to use them. It's okay and I would go there if there is no alternatives but manage your expectations; this aint gourmet. The physcial place is mostly the mirror lined bar and a 4 person table and another 2 person table. Its is a bit small and not for large groups.

I've eaten burgers worldwide and this place is legit. Really delicious burgers, whether chicken or beef, high attention to detail, good service, although perhaps a little slow. Highly recommend this little place tucked away in the corner.
