Overpriced and unclean! They gave us a room on the 34th floor with, supposedly, a ‘view’, which was largely blocked by an AC. Cleanliness is really a problem, hair and dust everywhere. Price quality doesn’t live up to it. There are no signs of the hotel on the building, lobby downstairs is filled with shady men smoking and staring at you. Lift in the building has many abandoned floors. Staff speaks poorly if any English and aren’t helpful. Furthermore, crucial thing: the neighbourhood is unpleasant. Extremely dirty, noisy and to an extent, unsafe. Rather stay in Zamalek or Downtown. Won’t go to this dump again. Mess!

Do not recommend. They are very unprofessional, un kind staff. they forced us to leave the room despite we were not late and we were preparing our bags. the staff are very young (schools age) and dont know any thing about customer service. All decisions are coming from the owner. they are useless. this is not an hotel, its couple of rented partions in an old building.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in,period! Great view on the Nile with very clean rooms and the service is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it for anyone who's staying in Cairo and want something not basic. Hint: you could see the pyramids in some cases depending on the weather. 👌🏻 The only remark is that breakfast is Ok! (Presentation & quality)

My worst hotel experience ever. I dont understand the good rating. I am suspecting a big gap related to the post/pre COVID. Way overpriced for the quality of service. Go somewhere else. I short: -They did not come to clean the room during our 3 night stay (or change towel,...) - some lights were broken in the ceiling. - poor insulation of the room=Extremely noisy even at the highest floor. - black dust a bit everywhere in the venting system etc... - common area with broken ceramic etc .. It must have been a nice place 10years ago and they did not renovated anything ever since. (except maybe mattresses that were good).

hotel on 31-34 floors. the room with view is amazing. clean and good service. price is affordable. only issue that elevator take 1 minute to reach the hotel.

The location is fantstic. The hotel utilities against price are accepted. Our room was narrow with almost no view. The hotel is located at floors 31 and 32 of a high rise building. Thr breakfast was below the expectation. The elevators are a bit scary.

They sold my Nile suite reservation to someone else even though it was paid for. They gave me a small room with no view and fought to charge the same amount as the big room They kept promising to give me the suite but it was the small room again Not coming here again

The whole staff are very kind and professional. I had the best customer service ever that you can’t find it anywhere in Egypt. Thank you Islam for being so awesome with us!!

Perfect location with everything nearby. Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Fast WiFi. Rooms are large with a great view from the 31st floor.

Kind helpful staff met us at the street since the hotel is not advertised from below. The hotel is located from floors 31 and up so the views of the Nile and Cairo are amazing! Very affordable lodging. Clean and spacious rooms. Balcony overlooking the Nile. Free breakfast. Free airport pickup. I'd stay here again.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN CAIRO THEY INSIST ON PAYMENT UP-FRONT, YOU THEN FIND ITS IN A DIFFERENT ADJACENT BLOCK OF FLATS. THIS BUIDING IS ESSENTIALLY A RESIDENTIAL BLOCK WITH SOME CONVERTED TO 'HOTEL' ROOMS. THE ROOMS HAD ONLY JUST THAT DAY BEEN PAINTED. IMPOSIBLE TO SLEEP IN PAINT FUMES.

Rooms were clean and in the city
