Impressive web site, full of nice photos taken in the earlier years of its opening. Nothing like that now, rooms are small, bathroom is not to standards. They have an excellent rooftop view with a small pool, but it was closed for repairs, even the café was deserted. Would recommend it for singles who searching for a quick visit without aiming for high hotel features.

This is a business hotel. We were there for pleasure, overall we were happy with our stay. The roof top pool is great.

At my residence i found that the hotel hasGood location, avialable parking spots, great restaurant, amazing service but most of rooms are double , bad ventilation at bathrooms ,air-conditioning problem and electricity problem.

I don't recommend this hotel at all Towels are old & dirt, T.V remot is broken, the price is not cheap, swimming pool not working niehter the rooftop and bathroom is very old with broken stones. Thanks God that I payed for just one night.

Omgeeee. No, no, no. Verrrry outdated, dirty, dingy. Smokers in the lobby sitting around. Dirty tub, old, stale room which Wi-Fi doesn’t reach in. Hard beds, filthy rooms. The best part about this hotel is the rooftop view! However, pool looked like it hadn’t been used in years. I would not recommend.

The room was nice. The only issue was the refrigerator was broken and leaking in my room. Which also meant I couldn't keep my things cold. The view was amazing. Peering off the small balcony into to expanse of Cairo.... took my breath away. The staff was great. I dont know much about the location since it was my first time to Cairo which is why I went mid on my review of it. I was also there fir only 1 night. Would stay there again.

Good hotel Safe Clean Comfortable Terrace okay, dipping pool welcome. As a base from which to explore many of Cairo and district sites, it's a pretty good choice. I used to live in Cairo (Madinaty) and can manage my expectations fairly well. This was as good as any 3* in the UK.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, food is good, pool is nice and clean, room was clean and comfortable Location is near to the airport. I totally recommend this place.

Rooms need to be tidy. Common areas need to be taken care of. Swimming pool is not functional.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While most of the reception staff were courteous and helpful, I had some unsettling encounters with the bellboy during my stay. On two consecutive nights, he woke me up in the middle of the night, attempting to engage in flirtatious behavior. Despite my repeated requests for him to leave, he persisted, even attempting to enter my room without permission. This left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and fearful. To make matters worse, the quality of the food at the hotel was abysmal. Not only was the taste subpar, but there were also hairs found in the dishes, making it impossible for me to dine in. As a result, I had to seek meals outside of the hotel. In light of these negative experiences, I had to contact the tourist police after the bellboy called my room phone at 4 AM for another inappropriate interaction. It's disappointing that my stay was marred by these incidents, as the reception staff had been accommodating and helpful. Overall, the combination of these uncomfortable situations and the poor dining experience greatly impacted my stay at this hotel.

Room are clean, but beds are very uncomfortable as well as pillows, no cups in room to make coffee, wifi and Internet ver poor, staff not very good with English, but very friendly. Breakfast is definetly not as it is shown on pictures and if you want water, they charge you extra, nobody told us about the pool or other emenities. TV has only 1 channel in English but picture very poor, plugs in room not located to accommodate all. If you sit at table, light switch and plug work on same switch. Very noisy on lower grounds with lots of traffic, windows does not close properly

It’s 3 stars ⭐️ it’s only 3 star hotel given by Egypt government & tourism, located highly secure area you can find lot of security personal there. Okay okay hotel. If you’re expecting too comfort then its not correct go for other options.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel in October 2018 for one week. Our room came with open buffet breakfast. It was an amazing menue of many variety of food to choose from. You can have your breakfast the Egyptian or the western way. The front desk employees, waiters, and room service were excellent and caring. The manager Barakat was very helpful with any request we asked him.The hotel was in a great location and we felt safe staying there. If we have any other chance to go back,we definitely will stay at Royal Marshel hotel. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay there so memorable.

Great hotel clean cosy rooms with a fridge.ask for a room with a balcony in the corner. Staff are great and breakfast was OK also.

If you really and MUST need a Bedroom and you want es cheap than go ahead. Btw book it online bc it's much more cheaper. Anyway, rooms on the street side are very loud but u have wifi, which is working. The quiet rooms, doesn't have wifi. The employees are very nice and friendly.

If you want a place with a perfect location with affordable prices, this is the choice. Not so fancy but it is enough if you are traveling for a business trip.

I had a very nice stay in the Hotel for 7 nights and there is nothing to complain about. The staff were very helpfull, The Hotel is nice, they prepared the room as I requested (sunny and without carpet). There were no noise the room was very clean and the sheets were changed on daily basis. The menu on the breakfast was good. I certainly recommend this hotel especially for families.
