Relativity quiet location (for Cairo). Minutes from the Nile and a 20 min walk to the main bits like museum, Tahrir square, etc. Hard to find and located on 3rd floor of pretty derelict building. However once inside it’s nice, made even better by the staff. They’re super nice and helpful and authentically nice. Feels like a family and they care about their guests. Recommended.

The people working there were the friendliest staff I have ever encountered! I was looking forward to running into them in the reception and ask about their day. They were genuinely interested in how my day was. They gave me good advice, so I trusted them for tips on how to plan my days.

It s a 2 stars hotel so don't expect more than what you paid for. For the price, location is great as it s 15 mns walk from the center and its museum. Rooms are once again what you can expect for a 2 stars hôtel but for us, young couple, it was good enough. Here you will save some money but the value stay ok so you can spend more on activities. We had a misunderstanding with a shuttle that should have picked us up at the airport. When we arrive at the hotel by our own means the staff and especially Amr did an excellent job finding a solution for our transport back to the airport when we left. Summary : Pros: - Staff is awesome. Special big up to Amr at the reception and Ahmed in the restaurant. - Location is quiet and safe enough and close to the center. - Small restaurant to have breakfast (included) , lunch and dinner (nothing special though, basic stuff) Atm right around the corner Cons : - Lack of shop and restaurant nearby (business district) - Entrance might be a bit hard to spot but staff saw us on the video cam a'd came downstairs (hotel is actually on the 3rd floor). Once again big thanks to Amr and his staff.

I hate to write bad reviews but worst experience ever and we have travelled A LOT in these countries. No towel, no sheets, no toilet paper (had to ask for everything), no hot water. Served breakfast with expired food. Be careful if choose this hotel. Not worth the price at all.

The reviews on this hotel at Agoda & Booking.com are largely false. Clearly, this hotel is a dump. I actually abandoned my booking & left due to the outrageous condition of the room. The whole room needed to be stripped & though lying cleaned. How the booking apps allow this obvious flase reviews to stay active is criminal. Somehow, many of the poor reviews are push out of the order to the back. Allowing these circumstances only serves to damage the brand of the booking agents

These people treated us as friends. All the staff is super kind. Rooms are quite good even though the hall and the building is in restoring process. Important thing is we felt confortable and people there were great with us. I would be back. Greetings from dybala ;)

Very nice hotel and service. Very polite and try to help us to enjoy our stay. It. Is 5 out of 5 for 2 stars hotel for that price in Cairo. One note that hotel is in the old building at 3-4 floor and there was repair and dirty

Location, Staff and service were great. The place has got great potentials to promote itself. The room rate was good compared to other nearby accommodation, though did not let me down

These guys are really trying their best. They are hospitable, friendly, providing really good service and even offering 2 free laundry service for free. Yes there is no luxurious shampoo and hair conditioner there but the mattress is very good, bathrooms are clean, breakfast is included and the location is good. Do you want more for these money?

Very nice room and great service from the manager and staff. We planned to stay 2 nights initially but changed our minds and wanted to experience a 5* hotel while in Cairo as well. Received a full refund for the last day without any issues. Entrance is indeed hard to find(next to bank as shown on google) and space between reception and rooms is still under refurbishment(elevator door missing, hallway a bit dusty...). If these are not an issue would definetly recommend the place. I would say the pleasant and welcoming attitude of the staff and manager makes up for shortcomings.

My daughter and I had a terrible experience on our first night in a "hotel" in Giza so were in a rush to find an affordable place in the middle of Cairo. Garden Season is hard to find and in a pretty worn building, but we were at a breaking point so took a chance with it anyway - and so glad we did! The reception area (3rd floor) and hotel/small restaurant (4th floor) is although small, gorgeous and well maintained. Same goes to the rooms - well equipped (WiFi, kettle, towels, hot water - pretty much everything we didn't have in our first "hotel"), comfortable and clean. We even had a bath, which my daughter loved! The manager Kareem was so helpful when it came to ordering uber (my Arabic is non-existent, and WiFi isn't in range downstairs), he came down to make sure we are picked up and waited for it with us - turns out he even paid for it, which I only realised later as the driver was reluctant to take my money (which is the exact opposite of general mentality and behaviour in Cario.). The receptionist Mr Mustafa have gone above an beyond for us, making sure we are fine even on the day we spent in Luxor he WhatsApped to check on us. And let me not get started on Ahmed the bar man! He makes the best frappucino, waffles and smoothie in Cairo! The restaurant offers a variety of western-like foods (chicken, chips, spag-bol... etc) which is great when you travel with fussy kids who are reluctant to try local dishes. All in all, we had a great experience here, and if we ever visit Cairo again, we'll definitely be staying here again.

The stay was fine: clean, nice room with balcony, quiet in a green and quiet environment. Staff very nice and helpful. One point needs improvement: the breakfast. On paper there was a weekly, daily alternating menu, but every day turned out to be the same: so-called fruit juice from a carton, only dry white bread, jam, cheese, omelette. Sometimes breakfast was delivered without cutlery. Tea only on request. Pepper and salt were missing and upon request a salt and pepper set was delivered which did not work. After a talk with the manager the breakfast next morning was much better. But this was only for one day! Stayed a total of four nights.

Located in the city center, walking distance to Tahrir square and an Uber ride to everywhere else. Compared to the market, this place offers a decent deal. The hotel entrance could be misleading, especially when we arrived at midnight it looks like an abandoned building. The hotel itself is okay. Room is clean, very small but has all the basics. I appreciate that despite the small room but the bathroom is not too small like many other budget hotel. Bathroom has decent size and is clean. The staffs are young, super friendly and kind. If it weren't for them I would give the property less stars. Breakfast isn't great and we skipped most of it.

Terrible experience in the end as gave my laundry to wash & staff hasn’t listened to me to wash on 30 degrees and destroyed all my clothes including some very expensive ones as well.

Good hotel, quiet place 🌳 It is a bit difficult to find. It is located by the bank. There is an open entrance (quite big) to the elevators and the hotel is located on the 3rd floor.
