I was here for accompanying my friend when he got sick for one week in this hospital. For everyone who come here for the first time could be confused to find rooms and locations due to there are no clear sign and directions. You need to ask people over and over again. The staffs are friendly, not a high-cost hospital, but the cleanliness was (or is) the big problem here. Rubbish in corners, dirty toilet, and one of bad news is the smokers are allowed in patients room? I saw it more than once where visitor can smoke inside patient’s room and lobby. The good hospital should be no smoking area at all. The another problem that I get was the staff in main gate asked me to pay the ticket. What? Is it a recreational place? Due to am I a foreigner? It’s weird even written on their formal rules.

A very poor hospital, where employees smoke right under the no smoking sign, and not clean

Went there for a blood test for Al-azhar university enrollment. It takes at least a week to get the result. And it is always overcrowded and noisy like everywhere in Egypt
