Had to go between a dozen employees from doctors to technicians just to get a simple glasses test. Usually takes a few min, but here took over 2 hours because of how complex the system is. If you need something simple, maybe find somewhere else.

Very unprofessional. Don't expect anything to be done in time. The appointments they give you mean nothing. Everything is done based on the doctor's mood and schedule that day. It'll take you forever to do a simple test or see a doctor.

I had a surgery at eyecare hospital, and I always go there for checkups. Best doctors and best service.

The best place to waist your time. Waiting takes more than 2 hours, and doctors are always late. My scheduled time supposed to be at 6 pm and I was there at the time and till 7:45 pm I didn’t meet the doc yet.

Overall, we had a good experience. We needed a simple eye check to update our glasses and the service was good. You can wait in the backyard which has shaded seating and even a snack bar to buy refreshments. You do go through several stations where they check different things until finally you are seen by the ophthalmologist for a final check, but overall the experience was good and it took about 1 hr to get our prescription written. They were not pushy in selling their own glasses and gave you option to see their selection or do it elsewhere. We felt their selection was a bit limited, so ended up taking our prescription to a eyeglass store and it worked up well

The level of hygiene is so bad, they have one single eye drop that they use from one patient to another in the resting area not in the examination room, they even put those dilating eye drops twice on the same person, and even use too many drops at the same time so your eyes will stay dilated for a whole day! , even without gloves or alcohol swabs, they even make blood tests without gloves The doctor didn't give enough time to listen to the patient's complaint, he was just absent minded as all he cared about was chatting with a friend out side tge examination room He prescribed general health tests such as heart echo and general practitioner's opinion for eye cataract surgery which requires only local anesthesia! , so the tests were expensive and not necessary, even the dr. said shyly that these are additional tests but we can consider them a general check up if we want! So we basically wasted 3000 le for nothing

Not recommended center No matter how simple the ask, it’s never quick. Either the staff never understand the question, no matter how simple I make it, or their systems internally are so broken, they working with their hands tied behind their backs. It’s probably both They made only one part of tests required, the most important didn't been carried out & they confirmed it's done till we figured from the doctor that we have to go back to test what they missed.

I highly recommend this center for who wants to waste his time for a simple glasses test, may they like to have many patients inside, and the strange there that despite of the big staff (many doctors, assistants,....) the process takes much time.
