Used to be for me and my family the one and only dental clinic to go since 2013 till i decided not to because of the receptionist attitude. She handled the issue professionally but didn't like her attitude or even no retention or loyal benefits for old customers.

Very bad traetment for patients. Not only do they give a low quality service but they are rude and impolite as well. I was extremely shocked when the the doctor said it would be our last visit to the clinic. So rude and impolite. .

The receptionist’s attiude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was about to leave because of her way of talking. The dentist was decent. But to be honest I will not visit the clinic again.

Dr. Tamer and his team are amazing, very professional and care about their patients on a personal level. I have been to other doctors and they commented on Dr. Tamer’s work and described it as a work of art! It is truly a pleasure every time I visit them, I removed 2 wisdom teeth with Dr.Tamer and felt absolutely nothing and it took a couple of minutes. I would strongly recommend Dental Care Egypt.

From the start, the front office is amazing, supportive, and they have good organization and they treat the patients very good just as you’d expect. Second of all the doctors are very professional in all their professions and they listen to the patients and what they have to say. The clinic itself and the nurses have an astronomical hygiene and even if it’s a day off you could still be able to get in touch with your doctor through the clinic’s call center. I highly recommend going to the clinic and enjoy having a perfect smile with no pain!!
