We had a wonderful tour led by a knowledgable, and kind guide on a custom tour with a private driver. The ease of booking, and customising our tour to choose exactly when we wanted to go and what we were eager to see was exceptional. We’ve rarely encountered such flexibility with a tour company. This was our first holiday trip with Holiday Tours. We are very satisfied after our vacation. If you are from Europe be prepared that there are different hotel standards. Everything is a little or more different, but that's what travel is for. C'mon experience something different. Unless you want to sit in a resort and do nothing. Trips to holiday resorts are boring sitting by the pool, drinks, eating the same thing all the time for tourists. If you want something autenthic, go with a local travel agent. See what life is like, eat something local, see unique places. Mohamed Effat planned a week of vacation for us as we wanted. He adjusted the itinerary for us as we expected. One day in Cairo, 3 nights at Siwa Oasis (<3 Mohamed Omar local guide) and last day in Cairo with lovely dinner at Khal el Khalili market. We saw the most popular attractions with my family, but we also saw normal life, peace in the Egyptian desert and oasis, we met fantastic people. We had a simply and delicious food, nice fresh fruits, etc. Special thanks to Mohamed Effat, our guide Mostapha from Alexandria and driver Sami. We will definitely return to Egypt and to Holiday Tours. Want to go to Egypt? Throw away tourist catalogs from travel agencies and see what Egypt really looks like. Maybe you'll love it, maybe you won't. But make up your own mind exploring with local guides. We loved this place and will come back for more to Egypt.

We used them to book train tickets for which we needed the original tickets. Communication was clear and quick, tickets were at our hotel the day they promised. There was a small problem, but they responded fast to me about my concerns and solved it quickly. So trustworthy company, was happy to receive my tickets for Abela sleeper train by them.

I have been travelling with Holiday Tours for over 8 years now, equivalent to 8 beautiful trips- 4 in Egypt and 4 abroad in Europe and Asia. The most recommended travel office in egypt! You definitely need to book with a travel office for the country of Egypt. It is quite difficult to travel alone for many reasons. (Safety, driving, language, recommendations and more). We were really satisfied with what they provided to us, fully organized, value for money, good hotels, really good and knowledged tour guides and made us felt so secured and feel home. Generally we do not travel with agencies, but believe me, in Egypt you need. Everything were well prepared for us, we had a full program with all the details. We really had to do nothing except of enjoying our trip. The prices, and the facilities were the best, and believe me I spoke with many many agencies before I book with Holiday Tours. 1- trip was so badly organized 2- more than two days of the trip were wasted in the buses 3- hotels were sooooo poor and unclean 4- almost no tour guide, no any useful information about the cities “traditional food, history, shopping places, etc) nothing at all. It was much better if we organized it ourselves and made our research Totally so bad experience except the group but many other friends asked to recommend a tour agency but i totally un-recommend them as i felt like i waste my time

I had a great trip to Egypt thanks to this company. The Agent Muhammad was personable, patient and efficient. He was available throughout the whole trip for questions and was great at sorting out the itinerary and adjusting for my preference. The booking was effortless and he was quick to respond to any changes or adjustments. I also felt the company was reasonable with their pricing, especially after approaching multiple agencies. It was mid range for my budget. I really appreciated the personal meet and greet by the agent and the guided walks of the Zamalek area on my days book in Cairo. The hotel Golden Tulip was mid range but comfortable and well located. I also appreciated the travel tips given to me by the agent helping me understand tourist traps and good practice with guides and hagglers. The guides chosen for me by the agent were exceptional and they all did a good job especially the guide in Luxor: Tariq who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very personable and welcoming and patient with my curiosity and 1000 questions about the ancient sites. I also appreciated that they sorted drivers and clean comfortable transport to all sites. The nile cruise booked on the Steigenberger was comfortable and convenient my room was spacious and the 3 meals provided every day were tasty and sufficient. But be aware you will be charged premium for any drinks including water consumed as only food is included in the packages. The staff on the boat were very friendly except the reception staff who were cold and a bit snappy at book in and book out. I am grateful for a great trip, there were little snags here and there like late flights one or two individuals trying to hustle and extra pound or two out of you but all in all it is Africa and you have to go with the flow. I had a few moments that will absolutely stay with me for the rest of my life, like a cold Stella beer on the top deck while the sun sets over the nile or the Luxor Temple at night and the incredible sight of the temple at Edfu. I look forward to visiting Egypt again and I will be sure to use Holiday Tours to coordinate my trip.

Definitely my Interlaken, Switzerland trip with holiday tours was quite a joyful experience. Organization of challenging adventure activities was done in tandem with providing a joyful local experience in the town's scenery, accommodation, shops, restaurants and delights.

We had great time. From first email i sent them, they were so responsive and covered all details even before the trip. Any questions i had they clarified, also gave their recommendations, provided all contacts, etc. We booked private car with driver and tour guide for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and they made sure we feel worry free, safe and clean all the time. Very professional, they were always on time or early. If going to Egypt with kids, would def recommend booking car as it makes whole difference and these guys can really organise everything based on your needs. Holiday Tours organised a 6-days of trekking programme for me in the Sinai mountains. The trip was very well organised from the start to the end with many email exchanges before the tour and frequent contact during the trek itself with Yehia the manager. I arrived without some basic equipment needed for the trek and I could rent all I needed from Holiday Tours. I felt that safety and security was very well taken care of and I received a lot of advice to prepare for the trek. My trekking guide Mousa is from the bedouin community in Sinai, is very experienced and knows the inside-outs of all the treks and paths in the area. Together we altered the route a bit a couple of days into the trek based on whether we wanted more or less excitement. Staying with bedouin families was a unique experiences allowing a glimpse into their rich culture and life. Mousa, Yehia and his team made this trek very special and I hope I have the chance to return to the Sinai mountains in the future.

We used holiday tours for our trip to Egypt in December / January this year. We did some site seeing as well as some adventure activities. We found Yehia and the team excellent to deal with. We had to make some last minute changes, and nothing was problem. The team was very professional, the guides were very informative and had great people skills. The trip we requested was long and complicated, but the team made it so easy, and extremely enjoyable. The guides clearly enjoyed their work, which made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves.
