This will be a long review of my experience with United Tours as I feel it deserves one for anyone looking to tour Egypt; this tour was amazing and I'm glad I experienced Egypt this way. I decided to travel to Egypt as a solo female from Canada over Christmas. Of course, like many people who are probably reading this review, I was looking for a reputable company with good reviews, and also one that I was sure was real. I reached out to United tours to ask about their 8 day Nile cruise round- trip from Luxor. Asmaa was very quick to get back to me via WhatsApp and answered any questions I had with regards to the tours and itinerary. I booked the trip and I was told all my tours would be with an Egyptologist - which sounded amazing. They took a half payment initially , then a second payment was due so they could secure my spot on the cruise. Just a tip, I had to call my credit card company to get them to approve the transaction as it was initially flagged-was easy after that. I arrived in Luxor - the starting place of my cruise and 2 days later, my guide Sherif picked me up from my hotel and we went and checked into the boat. I was surprised to learn that I would be getting one on one tours with Sherif my entire 8 days - imagine having your own licensed Egyptologist for your entire trip - at an affordable cost. Sherif stayed on the boat as well for the whole trip so It was really nice getting to know him, and we had our meals together so I could ask him more questions about Egypt or what the plan was for the day. Egypt is beautiful and so rich with history. Each tour we did, the transport was pre arranged and I travelled in my own private car or private boat with just my guide Sherif and our driver for the day. The best way I can describe Sherif, it was like travelling Egypt with a friend. He explained the history of Egypt with such passion that it pulled you into the story. Any questions I had about egyption culture he would freely answer. I also mentioned to him I wanted to see more of the local culture and I didn't really care to see any of the factories or shops and we were able to customise what I wanted. I felt comfortable asking him questions because it was like a conversation among friends. Sherif is a SME - subject matter expert, he's also kind, professional and honest and I couldn't have asked for a better guide for my trip. I felt safe and relaxed the entire time. I plan to visit Egypt again in the future with my family and I'll definitely be asking for Sherif by name. Additionally, United tours kept in contact with me for my entire trip, if I had a question they would also respond swiftly or if I wanted quotes on additional tours they would give me realistic prices. I really valued this. I'm glad I booked my trip through United Tours and that my guide was Sherif. Thank you 🙏 Ps. The staff on the MS Sarah were really fabulous and treated me well. I'll add you have to pay for any beverages you have and you'll want to use the egyption pound when you get here - my RBC debit card worked at the bank machines to withdraw cash. You'll have to pay for the entrance fees for the temples as well as tipping the drivers, cafes etc. Tipping is a big thing here much like Canada, but Sherif will help you with all that so don't worry. -Save yourself some trouble and get yourself an egyption sim card for internet. I got mine at Orange in Luxor, 38 gigs of data (only data) for 19$ CDN. -Last point for any of my Canadians with allergies/ Asthma, come prepared just in case it's a dusty day 😁

When you want to go to a new place , you search in google about your location . I tried to get all the information about Egypt before l could visit .One consistent message from all the reviews was, get a good tour company . This is what United Tour Services in Egypt is . Good is an understatement , excellent is closer to the treatment l got! I was fascinated by the following 1. Enquiry response rate - super speed . Great work . 2. Meet and greet services is top notch . 3. Tour Guide - Amal was amazing . Very brilliant lady . Am not good in history but l still remember the stories she shared about . 4. Staff- very friendly and helpful . 5. Leadership - Mr Hamad exemplary leadership. Customer needs come first and always willing to ensure you have first class service . With that , you can be sure l will be back sooner for another trip in Egypt !

Our family recently had the pleasure of taking a trip to Egypt and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was planned to perfection. Special shoutout to our booking agent Asmaa from Egypt United, who was extremely helpful in arranging all the details of our trip. She was always available to answer any questions we had and made the entire process a breeze. The highlight of our trip was definitely the New Year's Eve Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The boat was luxurious and the staff were incredibly hospitable. But what really made the experience special was our tour guide Sherif. He was not only knowledgeable about the history and culture of Egypt, but he also made sure that we had a great time and was always looking out for our best interests. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience and was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, our family trip to Egypt was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we are so grateful for Asmaa and Sherif for making it all happen. Dear Hamad, I am now in a cruise in Nile river sitting in my balcony. We are enjoying the sunset and view from our room. Really appreciate this personal arrangement with your experience. The most memorable vacation we have ever had .thanks to all the staff at Egypt United tours Dealing with Mr Hamad from the beginning of the booking to the end was hassle free he moved things around to accomodate a cancelled flight , checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure all was ok, met us at the hotel to say hello in person. From the moment we landed to the moment we flew home to Canada ,we had a driver and personel guide. mr Sohby met us at the Airport and took care of the visa's and luggage . and again when we flew home he was there waiting to help check in. The Tour guides were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them .We had Sherif in Cairo and down to Aswan .A most enjoyable person .and so knowledgable about Egyptian history . When we returned to Cairo we had Daly also a knowledgable person on egyptian history . both guides had university degrees in Tourism and Egyptoligy . Would definitely recommend them . We learned so much about ancient and modern Egypt . Driving around Cairo is quite an experience .and you have to stop in to a local cafe for Flafal ,Turkish coffee.( very addictive ) Shwama and Koshari. and dont forget a trip to the Bazaar . We intend to go back when the new museum open .and probably visit Alexandria as well. Everybody was most helpfull and so friendly they felt like family I could go on for pages on their hospitality and professionalism. Amazing experience with our guide Shrief. Definitely, wouldn't been the same without him and all his advices and suggestions. We enjoyed a lot his company during all the tours we did. My dad booked the 6 day Nile cruise with this company from Luxor to Aswan, visiting all the Ancient Egyptian temples along the way. Had a great time, Shrief the guide was excellent!! Knowledgeable and also a fun guy, he helped us a lot, many thanks for taking so much time to teach us and travel with us!!

We had a fantastic time with United Egypt Tours on an 8-day trip visiting Cairo, Minya, Luxor and Aswan. We were met in the evening at Cairo Airport and whisked through immigration, baggage and taken by van to the hotel. They arranged all of our hotels and meals which made the trip entirely stress free. Our tour guide, Ahmed Nashaat, was with us for the entire trip and he was an absolute STAR! So knowledgeable about both ancient Egypt and modern Egyptian culture. He was such a wonderful person and gave us so much interesting information about ancient Egyptians. When he found out it was our anniversary, he arranged a surprise cake for us! Incredibly sweet and we were very touched. We would have never gotten as much out of the sites without him there to point out and explain things. It was wonderful! The drivers were also great and took us around in comfortable air conditioned vans and provided a constant supply of drinks and rest stops for our comfort. Everyone dealt with all the formalities needed which resulted in an incredibly easy trip for us, all we had to do was enjoy all the amazing sites that we were taken to see. Based on our experience, we say you should definitely go to Egypt but do it through a tour company. We normally like to vacation on our own, but we’re so happy we booked with United Egypt tours! We highly, highly recommend them!

If you’re considering booking, do it!!! My friend and I (2 women, American) booked a 10 day itinerary and saw ev-er-y-thing 😍 Monda was great with accommodating some special timing and lodging logistics from us in building the itinerary. Our ✨ incredible ✨ guide, Sherif, was with us the full 10 days. He was super knowledgeable and happily addressed my unending curiosity about everything from ancient to modern Egyptian life. Great personality ✅ , excellent sense of humor 🤣 , Instagram-worthy creative director and photographer 📷- just the absolute best tour guide and travel companion you could ask for. Was truly the trip of a lifetime. Accommodations were great, although we spent little time in them given all the sights we got to see! The Nile cruise did include some lovely down time to enjoy the sun deck. Transit was well arranged and comfy. Again, if you’re wondering whether to book, don’t hesitate. This crew has got you covered from the moment you arrive to return airport drop off (and can handle flight delays with ease!). Would definitely recommend.

We booked a tour with Egpyt United for Cairo and Sharm El Sheikh. Our Cairo tour was amazing. Sherif, our guide, was very knowledgeable about anything in Egypt. We learned about Egypt's history and culture. He was very professional, passionate, open-minded and has a good sense of humor. Although the weather was scorching hot, we were still excited for our itinerary. We are now starting to crave for Abou Tarek's Koshary while back at home. Sadly we were not able to try Sherif's recommended "pigeon" dish due to time constraints. But it would be a good reason to come back to Egypt. All in all we felt very safe with Egypt United team and felt every penny we paid was worth it. Thank you to all of Egypt United Staff we met/messaged during our trip. We had an amazing, safe experience with Egypt United Tours. Airport pickup, to food and accommodation and sightseeing they arranged everything for us. Adding to that we had an amazing tour guide Mr. Sherif. He was very friendly and showed us around his beautiful country. Apart from the regular sightseeing areas, he also took us to local cafes to show us a bit about the local life. He also knew a lot about the history, culture and architectural features which added to our experience. He had the answer to all our questions. We also enjoyed the cruise trip along the Nile and would recommend Egypt United Tours to everyone.

Mr. Sobhy was professional, personable and took steps to explain every procedure ensuring that our transition was seamless and as painless as possible without dealing with the usual bureaucracy of the Cairo airport. He fully understood the needs of a foreign traveler and anticipated possible inconveniences. The fact that we made it out first in an airport with a full flight is validation enough. I would not only recommend his services, I wish Mr. Sobhy was at every airport.

We just completed our 8 day Egypt private tour with Egypt United Tours. We travelled as a family of 4 (2ad + 17&18 yr olds). We were looked after every step of the way. Our comfort and safety were number one priority. Nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful tour guide Taha. He was positive, passionate and enthusiastic about his country, culture and history. His knowledge and explanations are second to none. Always explaining everything and taking questions, again nothing was an issue for Taha. He checked on us continually and always ensured our comfort and interest levels were the best. When I began researching fascinating Egypt it quickly became evident that an excellent tour company was required to cover what we wanted to see and how we wanted to go about it based on my family with 3 young kids and a senior. If you can go back and think about your best service experience you have had in your life, I would like you to multiply that, as that is the level of service you will get from Mr Hamad who is the owner of this company. This man went ABOVE and beyond to ensure all our needs where met. Mr Hamad is a simple family man who works tirelessly and he is amazing at what he does. No task is too difficult and all the staff and guides where friendly and knowledgeable and ensured we where well taken care of. We were really concerned about safety in Egypt due to the recent terror attacks over the years, but I can now reassure anybody that Egypt is a wonderful and safe place to go to. I also initially emailed several companies on my first attempt to find a tour company on Google, Mr Hamad was the first to respond when others took a week or never got back to me. Booking tours and covid testing with a company that is not local to me and with time differences was imperative that the company I chose had a quick response time. Mr Hamad responds in lightening speed and is on top of his game. I do not think there is a better tour company in Egypt than Egypt United. You will have no regrets or worries booking through them.

We were so spoilt on our trip! The team looked after us very well! They made sure our kids were well taken care of! Our tour guide, Amal, was a blessing and our boys loved spending time with her! After receiving very poor service from Viator, and getting a refund from them, we switched to “Egypt United Tours”, really happy we did! We were able to change our tour to suit our needs and budget. Hamad was quick to help when things weren’t quite right, making sure we were comfortable and happy! Thank you!
