Horrible customer service 48 hrs basically means one week and each time i don't get a customised trip i get a pdf of the flights and hotel bookings (bad hotels) only for an unreasonable price when i can literally search for them and book them in seconds myself not to mention the rude replies and nonchalant vibe you get NO THANK YOU 😌🤚

Our trip was so great and we enjoyed alot I am very impressed with the attension and care. Eslam is a proffesional guide he was always available and helped us when needed. His flexability and ability is great. Highly recommended

Our trip was so great and diverse that i cannot say what was the most memorable part. I am very impressed with the attension and care all we had to do is show up and enjoy. Bakr is such a proffesional guide he is always available and help us when needed. His flexability and ability to handle things is great.

My fiancé and I inquired about Bali trips and they sent us a pdf file to choose a package from. We chose the 1190$ package. Funnily enough, they responded that it would be impossible to book a trip at such a low price! The price they themselves gave in the file! As if it was some sort of clickbait or something! My fiancé then asked about the possibility of customizing a trip with a budget of 1500$ per person but the unprofessional customer service rep decided to just ignore him altogether! 11 days later (and one bad review written by him later lol) they contacted him again! 😅

I still haven’t gone on my trip, but so far I was really amazed and grateful for Islam, who was able to organize my customized trip for me and my family, with many changes and comparisons between hotels from my side. And me always changing my mind about the accommodations. Even though Me and my family kept changing the accommodations to choose he best he was always understanding and patient and did his best to make us all happy about the plans for the trip. I’m sure that we will have a lifetime trip.
