Unfortunately, the photos and reviews were somewhat misleading, the hotel is not suitable for families at all, as there are many torment delegations, as well as the Aquaparks are open to the public and to non-hotel guests and are very crowded. The room has old furniture and dirty corners, as well as the mattress smells like dust, and the bathroom is tragic, the air-conditioner is not cold and the atmosphere inside the room was hot, the balcony is not safe and the safety barrier is unstable, and also dirty. Poor sound insulation. The wifi is also weak, even the water games we came for were not safe and old. I would not recommend this hotel as well as the receptionist who made me feel taken advantage of. The value is very poor for the money I paid, I wish I had stayed in a hotel at a lower price and visited a separate aquapark.

My experience was beautiful, the hotel contains three swimming pools and Aqua park, restaurant, playground, kids area, gym and spa. Aqua park open from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm to everyone and there's one hour and half for hotel guest only from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Swimming pools open from 10.00 am to 6:00 pm. There is free parking. Only rooms furniture was a bit old fashioned and need maintenance. Overall the resort was amazing.

Nice place, a full resort. Pros: - rooms with veranda and seating in. - outdoor area is nice for seating nearby the swimming pools - have gym, breakfast,,swimming pool, sports and water activities. - rooms are at average but accepted conditions Everything else is good … Cons: - you might get “invaded” by room service in 2 seconds after knocking the door. - staff are not trained for hospitality. Exceptionally an appreciation given only to reception staff who were very nice

Hotel is running down, needs deep maintenance. It also dirty and the Hygene also for breakfast is generally poor. I don't know how they get 5 stars, it should be 2 or 3 stars only. Staff is friendly tough.

Aqua park so dirty on the Eid time I hope the service is different on regular days but the pool inside the hotel is acceptable

They shocked me with extra fees the day of check in as insurance, they never mentioned before. They were so rude and they mentioned to cancel the reservation last minute because they were overbooked and they knew that we're booking this suite for a wedding preparations like( Make-up, photo session & weeding dress). We never meant to stay the night. Also, we told them a month ago that we need to check in early, but they did not keep their promise. Hence, they provided a very bad room without AC till we receive our room. Moreover, they were not welcoming at all to my family that they were going to take some photos with us. It was a horrible experience sadly.

Absolute despicable behaviour from the front desk staff. They cancelled our booking in favour of another customer. As soon as we arrived 2 reception staff named Sahra and Naghm already were smirking and almost laughing in our faces as if they knew something we didn't know. Or they thought we are aliens maybe. We felt very offended and even asked the reason they were laughing, stating that they werent expecting a booking for 7 people, before they even checked our booking documents. They then completely ignored us. Then said they don't recognise the reservation. They asked our agent to confirm. Our agent then reconfirmed by email and called several times but kept ignoring their communication. We just arrived in Egypt and been waiting over 3 hours at the reception. After the long wait the manager Amr Saber came over with his own attitude and just re iterating that there is no booking and just acting completely cold towards us and ignoring us. Finally they picked and spoke to our agent then just saying no booking was active. This complete lie as we booked more than 1 month ago. They cancelled our booking on purpose. Please do not come here. The staff are the worst reception people I came across in my life. The ladies Sahra and Naghm were just simply disgusting in behaviour and are almost racist towards us we felt. Just gigling like they never saw people like us. Will never forget how we get treated. Absolutely deplorable behaviour. Don't book.

It was day use didn't check room, lot's of people, not recommend for couples, but nice not bad but considered C class

Visited the Aqua park, Very good for kids, guards are available. Non-egyptians pay a bit more. Water, snacks and food are sold within the park. I went on a Saturday and it was a bit crowded.

Wedding halls are good , food quality is average.. delivery of the photos and the video is terrible.. from 23-2 till 5-5 I can’t recive my wedding photos Do not deal with their unprofessional photographer

Was so bad bad experience 😫 I have email reservation one night 🌙 from 18 check in and checkout 19 July, reception say its day use this the first thing after fix this in system he said we are 5pm swimming pole is close ,I choked said, what the pool close and the sun 🌞 up and the atmosphere is hot ,honestly who applied this rules is crazy and stupid. It was so bad experience, my advice don't go there under any circumstances so bad place in whole world

Unprofessional staff you feel like that you are in governmental or Puplic service For me location was perfect Room was not clean Aqua park staff were vulgar and unprofessional. The sevice could be easily much better if they get a good mannagment.

The aqua park here is by far the dirtiest place I've been to on EARTH!!! Washrooms and lockers are awful, dirty mouldy, and ofcourse they stink. There's a 1 hour mandatory break at the park that starts at 2 pm supposedly to clean the pools but no 1 was cleaning anything at all. DO NOT even think of going. There are other aqua parks u can go to.

Very good place, recommend to everyone. I stayed here for 8 nights, the staff is extremely friendly and at your service every day. Even though I come from Bosnia, I would always find someone to communicate in English.

actually we didn't spent long there but really was very nice everyone was friendly and helpful specially Housekeeping (wafaa) , guest relation (Rania) and the Spa (Mohammed) thank you for all.

Not too bad. Many efforts should be made by maintaining the room. The balcony handrail is too short and unsafe. Cleaning for balcony and bathroom should be improved. The restaurant is not much better than three stars and need variety in food and services. By the way, the team is helpful and they are trying to do there best. Parking is free Area is safe WIFI is too slow I didn't use the facilities like AQUA and fitness room or swimming pool. Hope my feed back help

Its ok... Not a bad experience but not the best. We had a good time at the pool area. The staff is friendly and professional .We spent the night at the pool area as the rooms were very small and not clean. Room cleanliness is 4/10. The waterpark is SUPER crowded but it's free for the hotel guests .

love this place, it is comfortable and contains everything you need to spend a good time. A wide area with kids area and cafes, calm walking tracks, huge playgrounds, many sports and an academy for music training. the hotel is beautifully designed, with a wide pool inside a open area in the hotel. calm and classy, good staff. the only bad thing is the staff on the gates, just two persons to be specific, other than that everything is beautiful.

The procedures for check-in and check-out were fast, the room was OK, the bed was great, the replay and response of requirements was fast, staff are friendly The TV channels were interrupting most of the time, there was no plain paper notes or pen, I expected more from the breakfast

It’s really bad experience, I don’t know from where can I start . First of all , I reserved one room for 2 adults and two kids they only provide two single beds at this room . The room service is very bad , the staff is bad , the food is bad .finally I will suit this hotel at the international human rights for the hygiene matter because the room service put the chemicals cleaning liquid inside the water bottle and they forgot it inside my room on the dresser , I drank little bit from that bottle which is chemicals cleaning staff inside it .

The Jewels Aqua Park: The rides were very limited. Hygiene is nonexistent. Changing stalls & bathrooms were despicable! There wasn’t a place for prayer. The matts used on the slides were ripped. Totally do not recommend.

Please stay away from here. Rooms are extremely dirty, the view is horrible, the furniture is old and the decor is horrible. It is far from a 5 stay by any means, at most its 3 stars. Spend your money on elsewhere because you will regret it.

Never try this below standard place.. with confirmed booking they manipulate to cancel to have higher price and they don't know a single info what customer service is.. save ur trip and money and avoid this waste of time

The place was strategic. The weather was cold so nothing could be done except visit to places around Egypt. The entire surrounding of the place was really nice.

Food became so bad recently. Rooms have some irritating defects, and some cockroaches! The good thing is when you call for help they react.

Dirty rooms. Disgusting food. Rude and unhelpful staff. Poor security, you do not feel safe. Rooms needed renovation at least 6 years ago, they are terrible. Hygiene is horrific, came away with Covid and food poisoning. Just avoid this place, Cairo has many fine hotels, this is not one of them.

Good things first, · the kids had much fun playing in the aqua.. the receptionist was very helpful but I can’t remember her name... Poor things; staff members seem to be asking for tips very often.. the room service staff removed toilet paper from the room toilet so I have to ask them for it and give them tips ,,, that was the most disgusting experience for me at a hotel ever…. the chairs in the balcony were so dirty… The TV stopped working and had to be replaced.... photos attached

It was safe and the view to the pool is really nice. They were really helpful and accommodating when we needed stronger wifi and also late check out. The breakfast is ok - got by with croissants and freshly made omelets. Overall a good experience and would go back again.

Amazing very nice the best hotel that I have ever had.

I have stayed there a lot before and it was good. This time however I feel like the service went through a downward spiral. The rooms were not clean; sheets had a weird smell and towels were dirty. Zero wifi services and even little to no cell service made my night a whole lot worse. Reception were not as helpful as they should cuz when i requested a room change as there was maintenance next to it they had me wait in the lobby for more than an hour claiming they are cleaning the new room but in the end it was dreadful as stated earlier.
