I was there on 20-22 December 2023 and had another booking for 22 December 2023 to 02 January 2024 which I cancelled. The hotel was a construction zone. From the front door, reception, hallway, the stairs there was rubbish, dust and construction materials. TV and WiFi were not working l had to cancel my non refundable booking and book another hotel at three times the price.

It's inconvenient because it's currently under remodeling, but I write in anticipation of what will happen after the construction is finished. The location is good. But it is very noisy. However, it seems that the natives do not feel uncomfortable at all because it is noisy everywhere they go. Coming from a quiet country, I felt like I was listening to heavy metal music at full volume wherever I went. Even in this hotel room, I could hear all the noise from outside, so it felt like I was sleeping on the road. After reading this article, hotel officials should pay more attention to soundproofing. There are good points, of course. The service of the hotel staff is good. but, You just need patience to wait. For those who can afford it all, I recommend this hotel.

Great location, amazing food, staff is very attentive and friendly. The new rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is great with amazing hot water. Free FAST WiFi is definitely the best advantage. Will definitely be back in the future.

Its 3 star hotel in downtown Cairo, 15 min to Egyptian Museum on Tahir square. The exterior building is very old, but when you come in its good ... my room was confortable whit bedroom and sofa room, bathroom is good but when you shower you wet the whole floor, the good thing is that the water comes out very hot after a few minutes. Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking old Cairo. Fair price for what it offers.

We were lied to that there are no rooms free; when I checked online there where rooms free. Then he admited there are rooms free and gave a much higher price. Then it was not possible to see the rooms before paying. Very strange behaviour

The hotel is located near Ramses train station in the book market area. so the place is very busy and noisy. The room was a pleasant surprise. very clean, comfortable beds and great bathroom. Very good wife. On the 8th floor there is a panoramic restaurant where breakfast is served. breakfast is very poor. The prices in the restaurant are little bit high. For five days there was never a cleaning of the room and a change of towels. but I didn't ask them. In general, the hotel is suitable for a short trip. You can walk to the city center to Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum.

It's so loud. 24/7. I can deal with the street noise, that was to be expected, but the employees in the hallways slam doors, yell to each other, at all hours of the night, even at 3am. They do not care. No respect for their guests. I cannot leave a good review. The food was good, but if I cannot sleep, you get one star. This goes on every night. If you're an American, stay somewhere else.

The hotel was horrible, but in time will be an excellent hotel after the renovations. Positives: The reception staff were excellent. The rooftop bar was a blessing, with excellent service and great food at a good price. The location was excellent just across the road to Ramses station and Cairo markets. Negatives: The bell boys were terrible, with one trying to bribe us for a bigger tip by taking our door key or not bothering at all to help when asked. It was unfortunate the elevator was not reliable, when you are on the 10th floor. The room and bathroom was not clean and the sheets were not changed.

Room is very nice, clean and has a good view. Hot water wasn't working for us, but we didn't ask about it as it was only 1 night. Wifi was a bit faffy but fine once connected. Location is good near Ramses train station. They are currently renovating the foyer so it looks more like a construction site than a hotel but the floors with rooms are fine.

Absolutely shocking, I wasn’t expected to come across with such a mess, builders were working which made it even worth, hotel entrance door is like garage, cement and gypsum literally everywhere, lifts outdated only reason not giving the 1star staff are friendly however barely speaking English thanks God Google translate was on me.

Egypt is in its own world. So this is an other worldly experience. English is not a language here. So you must expand your communications abilities. This is just a 5 day what do me need to know the next time me come back here trip. At the top of the list you need an international calling plan.

Staff: very friendly and helpful It's great that you can book a day use, early check-in, later check-out, etc. There was an issue with hot water. It was very annoying. I had to live without hot water for a couple of days. Price = 600LE "single room" I took the photos that day I was leaving so the room was messy 😅

Overpriced and hard to get too, but the ability to use the bounce app to store your luggage is very convenient

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the hotel is under construction they should never put it in service, the construction guys running everywhere and hammering the Walls besides or under my room, the purpose of staying in a hotel is to get rest and in this one I couldn't sleep night and day, it is very noisy as well outside they should close it instantly. As well don't expect to get the service of 3 Star hotel, maximum I give it 2, unfortunately I don't understand how they can keep offering their services, it should be closed.
