Almost perfect, Egypt is a tourism destination . Nice corniche is global and a dream spot for many around the world and that's how it should look like, needs a few small additions to go perfect. Like some signs to direct the visitors specially at the boats stations, also boats tickets should be recognised and placed in some sales point.. needs more seats for the visitors. Also it would be great if there is a kids area with games and toys to have a good time and let the elder ones walk freely . Bike road along side the walk should be effectively activated.i can't wait to see this project finished and in full effect.

It’s nice but very commercial .. missing a road for walk or run the floor is concrete !! .. it’s suitable to take a drink or eat with the nile view but not for walk which supposed to be the main purpose of it !! … entrance by ticket & if you will use their parking 1st hr 30 L.E & every hr after cost 10 L.E … thats so weird & a-little expensive .

The place is good for walking or sitting in cafe. But please check reviews about the place where you gonna eat, not everywhere they have good chefs. Parking cost is a bit overpriced. We just got late for 5 minutes, but paid like for the whole hour.

Nice place but I don't get the idea of paying fees to enter a public place.

The view is beyond breathtaking during morning, sunset or night Great for a walk and taking some photos by the Nile not much activities or places where you can chill There’s couple of underground parking but you need to be aware of the entrance not to miss it

Place is not to be walked on for the preservation of their tiles! Their excuse: its not open, yet, it has officially been opened on the 2nd of November by Dr Mostafa elMadbouly.

The promenade itself is quite long and can be accessed after you pay 25 egp per ticket at the gate. Its reallly clean, kudos to the janitors and cleaning staff, they are very active. Thanks to their tremendous efforts, the place looks very well-kept. Definitely needs more trees to shield you from the sun. (Its hot and humid.) It directly overlooks the Nile and is consequently a great spot for photos. Regarding services, most of the restaurants and cafés are overpriced. I have no idea if there are standalone toilets. I saw multiple Felucca booking points and the Felucca seems to be one of the main attractions there. It still has room for development, many franchises have booked their places and are yet to open there. Its a nice place, definitely worth a visit.

It's a nice place but believe me it's not for Egyptians. Prices are too expensive for normal people, I would suggest do not buy anything from there. Parking is expensive. Just visit any other place than this.

Place is ok, but restrooms are rare to find. Restrooms are also not clean, no air conditioning, really bad service, but you could find nice and clean bathrooms inside of fancy restaurants at the Nile. But overall the place is beautiful, I just recommend better service.

Great sidewalk near the Nile. Best to come at sunset and after since there is not a lot of shade.
