This is a very good hospital, the service was fast and easy. The doctors were very nice and patient with me, I definitely recommend going here! 10/10 The doctors and ICU doctors were also very easy to work with and not stubborn. The blood services were quick and convenient. Thank you for the easy and kind service.

Yesterday I was visiting 1st time with dr. Emad children oncology. Very good hospitality management system and dr. Is also good 👍 staff very good specially saffa Ahmed and Sabri good female narse

I took my wife to this hospital becouse I saw the ratings were real high and ranked the best in all of Egypt. We made 6pm appointment and the doctor didn't even show up to the hospital until 7pm. When he showed up their was more than 5 people waiting to see him. When we finally got to see him, he didn't spend more than 1 minute. He told us to get xray done and to come see him again. We went to get the xray department in the hospital and guess what, the xray machine is not working and they don't know if or when it will start working again. At that point I was just shocked if this is the best hospital in all of Egypt 😱🤯. We payed 500 pound for consultation and 60 pound just to be registration on their computer. There is nothing international about this hospital and probably not a single difference from any other hospital in Egypt.

Decent medical staff but the waiting time is awful. Admin staff are either very polite or completely unprofessional. If you plan on an outpatient visit, make sure you book by phone as early as you can and be there well before your time, not that it will spare you the waiting time but at least you are a step ahead.

I am extremely grateful to all the ICU nursing, medical and cleaning staff, who have been taking great care of my mother. She fell sick while on a vacation here and had to be admitted into ICU a few days ago. She speaks only French and was very overwhelmed with the whole situation. I arrived in Cairo a couple of days after she was admitted and was relieved to hear from her that she was well looked after. Communication with the hospital was a little hard before I came over but thankfully the International Relations team also did an amazing job of giving us updates and letting us see her through video calls. I cannot thank them all enough for taking such good care of my mom, especially when we weren't here with her and she was very much on her own. I hope she pulls through and I am confident she is in great hands here. Thank you.

Had an exceptional and awesome experience at Assalam International hospital during my medical checkup. Honestly we are not used to this level of professionalism here in Egypt but the team here changed my mind after their professional way of dealing with everyone there. Very unprofessional system to book appointment with doctors. I have tried to contact them by phone through their hotline and the phone calls were cut all the time. I also made a booking online in their website and I never got any email from them. I tried through WhatsApp and they offered me availability of two doctors, however out of the sudden they stopped communicating by WhatsApp. It is very disappointing that this hospital treats patients and our health so unprofessionally.

Today I went to the hospital and clinic manager (a man ) insisted to be directed to a certain doctor regardless of his name so that i asked to be directed to another doctor but one of the clinics manager told me you will be late. .I said that I agree but the clinic's manager told me a third name of doctors and transferred my file to him Second I couldn't reach the call centre since one week to reserve an appointment to my favourite doctor Third, there was no telephone inside the hospital to call the call centre and arrange with them Fourth, the doctor suggested Industrial joint before the X Ray

nurses and doctors were very friendly and they did their job in a very good way.

It was a horrible experience, no organization nurses are the worst, I’ve been to a hospitals which supposed to be less value than this one however it was a better experience

The hospital is terrible, please do not go if you really value your life. a lady paid 30K EGP because her son was extremely ill, later they told the lady that they didnt do anything regarding her son, turns out that the Doctor who was supposedly meant to preform the surgery was on a vacation and the staff shamelessly told her that there is nothing they could do about it and refused to compensate her, and had the audacity to tell her that she should leave the hospital. of course there is more to this story but i think this should be clear as to why this Hospital is one of the worst international hospitals in Egypt.

I had an excellent experience at As-Salam International Hospital when they treated my father from Sweden after he suddenly got seriously ill during his vacation. The doctors and nurses were exceptional and provided him with the best possible care. I would like to extend a special thank you to the housekeeping staff, including Nabila, Safaa, Ola, Sabah, and Asmaa, who were always friendly, helpful, and ensured that my father's room was neat and tidy throughout his stay. Their efforts helped to keep my father's spirits up during his time at the hospital. The team of nursing in the bone marrow transplant, is really organized, and they work , very well. I was isolated for a long period. So they take care of me with lots of. dedication.
