That was really bad experience for us and our cat! Doctor smokes inside the examination room, he doesn't care about animals and he has really bad attitude towards them. He couldn't handle our cat at all and cat was running from him ...our cat was really sick after this so we decided to change the clinic. If you wanna professional care for your pets, avoid this clinic.

I don't recommend dealing with this clinic, they are terrible and negligent. There are multiple instances where they let pets run away, or screw up an pet's surgery. If you absolutely have to go there, insist on them taking measures like locking doors and windows so your pet doesn't escape, and please don't let them operate on your pet. The attached photo is the experience of someone who dealt with them. You can ask around for yourself if you want to make sure. Our pets are too valuable to risk their lives on the hands of some terrible clinics and vets. Name and user name are censored to avoid exposing the tweet owner to harassment from the business owner.

The specialist ended up giving both my parrots a shot, even the one that wasn't sick at all. A few hours later both of my parrots were dead even the one that wasn't sick at all. ☠️☠️☠️🚨🚨🚨 God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. The clinic killed my two sheep ☠️☠️☠️🚨🚨🚨 I went to the clinic to treat Baghbhan, he was sick, and I took the second one to check on him completely. I had to wait more than an hour until the “specialist” arrived at the clinic. The specialist gave an injection to the sick parakeet and to the other parakeet that was not sick at all. An hour after the injection, both parakeets died. God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. O Lord, you neither win nor win

The worst clinic i have ever been to, zero hygiene, no professionalism at all, bad attitude and no care for pets or owners. I had my female cat spayed there and the dr did the worst job he could ever do in stitching, he gave me my cat fully wet and shivering, he didn't mention anything about her care after the surgery, and my cat was bleeding after the surgery with few hours. he took his payment upfront with no receipt or a proof of payment so he could get away with it legally. I hate this place and pray to god this doctor sees similar treatment in hell

I recommend this clinic to anyone who have any issues with their pets they are helpful and polite and they helped us in his operation and the dog returned normal👍🏼

Worst clinic ever. Dirty, smelly, and when i went to get my cat i was scared because i heard about other pets getting lost. When i went to get my cat i saw the sloppiest job and the stitches were very bad. They didn’t ask about any info or check on her before taking it. After the surgery they forgot to tell me about needed medicine or give any guidance and i had to interrogate them to know any info. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. So there is an update. Our cat suffered because of the heat because she wasn’t spayed properly. We took our money from him but we had to reoperate and one of her ovaries was still there. I wish every bad thing to happen to him.. may you rot in hell

For myself, I am an animal rescuer, and I have always suffered from some veterinary doctors, but the truth is, it is a wonderful place and the service is available, and it is enough that I, Dr. Magdy, am not a human being in the full sense of the word.
