A must see sabeel, you can find a lot of information about those establishments on Wikipedia.

Very beautiful spot architecturally and it also has a rich history behind it, the place was built to distribute water to the people in the city during the Sultanate era, it reminds me a lot of similar structures in Istanbul that i guess had the same purpose back then.

Historical place but under restoration now from inside

Old place from 18th century was distributing waters free in the areas near by

Beautiful historical place. Not far from Sultan Hasan mosque or Ibn Tulun mosque.

It is a historic place but the ministry of tourism is not paying attention to this place and other places as well.

The area around Sabeel Om Abbas is rich of ancient mosques, houses and Sabeel. For some people who are talented in photography it is a great opportunity as well as for tourists and sutends in the art and architecture department. You can pass by small and old shops. The place is very crowded and noisy. If you are looking for the ancient and reall Egypt you must visit the area.
