Worst experience ever! Poor service and delay in all the appointments

I rarely rate any place; however, I gave it five stars for only one reason: the head of the Central ( Eng Ibrahim ) was a decent and respectful person who immediately acted and solved the issue that I faced Many thanks for his support

Honestly they're probably the worst Internet provider but oh well there is no one else in the country,they once told me I can't my Internet to play gta on a ps4 "it's not compatible"she said,also its not dirty it's very unsanitary really and staff isn't the best but they do ,staff can get rude which is unacceptable,and no parking spaces and not even for 7 cars,If you live near it,it's your best option or just go to the rehab branch if you don't mind ,or just pay online and don't be a boomer

The process should be easier. A lot of improvement needed.

This place serves communication services considering WE Mobile service and local land line networks.. Well qualified team, clean and air conditioned place..

I have a problem with the internet, comm beads every minute and support over the phone could not fix. In the beach, they upgraded the sw of the router. Beach is clean and white during the day

If you want to spend the whole day waiting for a service to be done visit this branch. A very very poor experience. Lack of employees and professionalism. Lack of everything!

Went to change my sim to we. They gave me a number. No one called it for an hour. When i complain they said the number is not in the system and gave a new number also didnt get called. I was not served. Unprofessional staff with zero experience

Employee should chat less and be less idle and receive clients, a reflection of poor management. Employees don't recommend the best solution but the most profitable to the company even if it will waste your time coming back in a matter of days.

Will equipped place for long waiting. Clerks are not competent and use paper work in a technology providing company. Employees are polite but the system is way behind modernization and competency

Good Neighborhood with access to other districts and new cities.

The responsible employee isn't available during working hours and noone is replacing him, all the employees left their desks to meet for fun in a closed office, leaving the customer service area unattended
