(Original) Minha mãe realizou uma biópsia no seio no dia 21 de dezembro de 2020 (ontem) e a profissional que atendeu ela acertou um vaso sanguíneo durante o processo, demorou a conseguir estancar o sangue e o seio da minha mãe está muito roxo além de toda a dor que ela sentiu pós-efeito da anestesia em decorrência disso. Também nos deram informações erradas a respeito do preço da biópsia, chegando lá o valor foi o dobro do informado. Fora termos que passar por essa situação, em plena pandemia os próprios funcionários do hospital não estão cumprindo com os protocolos sanitários, pois logo na recepção a atendente orientou os pacientes a sentarem nas cadeiras adesivadas para o distanciamento alegando que as mesmas já estavam na distância certa, porém não tinha nem 1 metro de distância entre as cadeiras adesivadas e não adesivadas, também demorou muito a atender os pacientes dizendo que o sistema estava fora do ar mas a mesma ficava usando o celular direto. Todo esse descaso na parte particular do hospital, imaginem como funciona na parte pública. Tinha muitos pacientes idosos lá (grupo de alto risco) e mesmo com senha prioritária o antedimento na recepção era muito demorado ficando os mesmos expostos ao momento atípico que estamos vivenciando.

I hope that the date informed by the UNIMED audit that this treatment will take place on 01/12/2022 is confirmed and this nightmare ends. Updating the information, the treatment for 01/12/2022 was canceled and rescheduled for 01/17/2022. But they haven't confirmed that date of the 17th yet effectively. The nightmare continues. Só nos passam informações conflituosas e assim, estão nos levando desde o dia 29/11/2021. Experiência bem catastrófica essa nossa com o ICC. Espero que a data informada pela auditoria da UNIMED de que esse tratamento ocorrerá dia 12/01/2022 se confirma e esse pesadelo acabe. Atualizando as informações, o tratamento para o dia 12/01/2022 foi desmarcado, remarcado par o dia 17/01/2022. Mas não confirmaram essa data do dia 17 ainda efetivamente. O pesadelo continua. São 44 dias esperando a boa vontade do ICC para realizar o tratamento de meu pai. Enquanto isso, o câncer dele, que já está em metástase no fígado, continua fazendo a festa no corpo dele. Até quando esses descaso?
