    The food here was delicious. We were greeted right away and seated quickly. The wait staff were very patient in helping us understand every thing that was on the menu. We were there right after 7 PM and by 8 PM all tables were full and a waiting li e was formed. It is worth it as all aspects of an eatery you will find here. The prices are average.

    Cacio e pepe was good. But in other dish the pasta was a little bit undercooked (not talking about al dente here). There were a lot of people there, the atmosphere outside was great. The waiter was very friendly and didn’t bother us before he saw that we were ready to order. All in all good place to visit.

    The pizza here is delicious! It’s not expensive and the quality is fantastic. At the moment it’s quite a long wait for a table due to the lifting of Covid restrictions and it’s not possible to book, but it’s worth the wait and the food is brought quickly! Will definitely be going back

    Great fresh pizza! The pizzas looked and tasted amazing - topped with good fresh ingredients and that famous chewy Neapolitan crust. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the prices were very reasonable.

    Very good pizza neopolitana but not exceptional. An interesting range of toppings to choose from. The gloss is taken off a bit by the prices, definitely in the higher range, perhaps an effect of being in the city. A Sunday evening in early December and it was packed with locals, always a good sign. Staff were attentive and friendly. The bill was on the high side of acceptable, €16 for pizza, one glass of wine and a bottle of water.

For just over a month (in which I have both ordered at home and consumed inside the restaurant) I have noticed a notable change for the worse of the pizza: both as regards the dough, which I would not define as Neapolitan, and for the attention to presentation. The dough has become very similar to that of other pizzerias in the city, which is a real shame because the target of Fratelli La Bufala was made up of those who (like me by the way) wanted to eat, I repeat, a real Neapolitan pizza . (Original) Premessa: frequento assiduamente il locale da anni e l’ho sempre considerato la miglior pizzeria di Reggio Calabria in quanto l’unica, fino a poco tempo fa, a preparare una vera pizza napoletana. Ho aspettato un po’ prima di scrivere questa recensione perchè speravo fosse un problema momentaneo. Da poco più di un mese (in cui ho sia ordinato a domicilio che consumato all’interno del locale) ho notato un notevole cambiamento in peggio della pizza: sia per quanto riguarda l’impasto, che non definirei proprio napoletano, che per l’attenzione alla presentazione. L’impasto è diventato molto simile a quello di altre pizzerie della città, il che è un vero peccato proprio perchè il target di Fratelli La Bufala era costituito da chi (come me tra l’altro) voleva mangiare, ripeto, una vera pizza napoletana.

    We love this place, especially for lunch. The menu is extensive, offering everything from appetizers to dessert. Fratelli la buffala is Napolitano and they are located in several cities in Italy. The service is wonderful; the portions on the generous side and the food is delicious. Moreover the decor and ambiance is attractive and warm respectively. The pizzas are Napolitano style with the edges of the crust soft and doughy. There are countless toppings available. The wood burning oven is right there when you walk in the front door and most of the chefs are visible busy at work behind a glass panel. All in all a great eating place!

    My husband and I tried this spot based on a recommendation from our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic - and even included small fried dough balls instead of the bread basket that's usually given at the start of a meal. The zucchini flowers were excellent and worth coming back for. Similarly, the size of the main portion was extremely filling and the prices across the board were fair.
