We ate here frequently or had some take out, what i loved the most in Jollibee Sun Star since pandemic until now the management follow the " safety first." rules. We all know kids love the sweet filipino style jolly spaghetti, the joy and smile while having their jolly fried chicken and sundae, it's like hindi sila nagsasawa, si jollibee tunay na may "charisma" sa mga bata at seniors na mahilig sa palabok at TLC. Pwd's, pregnant and seniors were priority in line. Keep up the good service,😊 thank you team Jollibee Sun Star Sta. Cruz Laguna.

This branch of Jollibee in the Sun Star Mall in Santa Cruz always seems to be fairly busy. As a European visiting the local area what's disappointing is the lack of payment options. They don't seem to take card payment unlike all the other branches of Jollibee I've visited which seem to do. The food is the same high quality you would expect from Jollibee but I've felt the customer service to be a bit lacking here at times. The Pagsanjan branch are much more helpful and accommodating for instance. Decent restaurant just could be better with a few tweaks here and there.

No question about the food, because "SA JOLLIBEE, BIDA ANG SAYA". Jollibee is Jollibee! ♥️ Atmosphere-wise, since this is located inside Sun Star Mall, it is sometimes crowded, so please bring patience for the line is sometimes long.

We ordered 1 chicken bucket meal and had to go back to the counter since they failed to add plates and utensils since we are dining in. Lack of focus for tge staff and even the manager seemed occupied. What a shame.

Sunstar is a normal mall and jollibee is there also I just came there yesterday to order takeaway fastfood service is excellent observing social distancing ang contact tracing whoever came to their outlet whether dine in or take O recommend everybody to come visit their store and you will not regret the service

One person per table, that's very good in controlling the physical distance of the customers. Service is good, employees are kind and respectful.

Jollibee is very good. they follow government protocol figth agains covid 19. food still same as delicious you never forget. good work jollibee. thumbs up

They need raw onions and BBQ sauce who in the world would eat a burger without them 2 ????

We love Jollibee very as my kids grow up with it.

Good place to eat with family for cheap prices.
