I came here with high expectations but those were not met. The food was okay but seems overpriced for the quality and taste. Seafood cioppino - okay but serving size for sharing is small. Quattro staggioni - okay. I've had better pizza in other restaurants. Chicken Italliani's - tastes ordinary. We availed of their 50% off promo since my friend has a credit card. What I really commend about this branch though is their service is excellent and food was served fast.

Celebrated my birthday here and the food was really good. For starters, we got the Sicilian salad, Caesar salad and Italiannis fritti, Toasted ravioli cheese. For pasta, Angel hair Mediterraneo, Frutti di Mare, and 2pcs of Porkchops. The service and ambiance are great. No loud person, this time, lol. If you happen to have a bdo credit card, they have 50% off on your total bill, isn't that awesome!!

Staff here are not that attentive they need to be trained about customer service... the attitude , food and ambience are GOOD but the service was bad.. My friend ordered a cup of coffee.. it took him 3x to ask for the staff for the cup of coffee but still .. there was no coffee at our table so my friend decided to cancel his order.. since he waited for about 2hours for that cup of coffee... My advice for the staff here is be more attentive.. I know there's always a room for improvement.. good luck..

Just wanted to rate it again based on the waiter who served us and gave us the best service and advice based on our needs, as we tried to maximize the benefits of the 50% off with Citibank card promo on its last day at the Bistro group. In spite of a very busy weekend crowd, still got top recos on what to eat. Got free bread refills - tip: this is the unwritten freebie at Italiannis which is allowed even after the pandemic Everything was great - absolutely every dish listed including the chef recommendation sticker on key dishes. Citing the formaggio, the Sicilian salad, the quattro pizza, the shrimp pasta - buon appetit !

We love Bistro Group restos especially ITALIANIS. All FAs are friendly, warm and service is truly on point. Food is ofcourse top notch, I personally love their Itallian truffle mushroom pizza. Unli Complimentary bread is served fresh and hot. And oh, the four season drink is A MUST MUST TRY! So so good.

Went here on a Saturday to get lunch right after a doctor's visit. And it was my wife's first time dining here and she was well pleased. Food was great! Excellent service from the staff which I believe is the main reason why this restaurant has plenty of regular customers all throughout the years.

Wow definitely recommend Italianni's! Their serving sizes are huge, and their salads are amazing, probably the best salad I've ever had! Osso bucco is very nice and so are the mozzarella sticks and the cheesy ravioli. They also give complimentary bread with olive oil and vinegar. Would definitely eat there again. 😋

Visited Italiannis ATC for a small merienda (afternoon snacks). Since I am a Bistro Card holder I was entitled to either coffee or tea, I chose Camomile Hot Tea and it was good compared to other branches. Unfortunately for the main, my wife ordered the Angel Hair Mediterrano solo, we received the Spaghetti Bolognese sharing. I already partially ate it thought that they had no angel hair pasta. The server said our orders were correct but after chrecking with another server the order was wrong. Of course the server who got it all wrong will be charged for it as what they explained. So we just ate it and said that no need to replace. Hope management of Bistro remove this practice that wrong orders be charged to their staff, it is very unfortunate and had an ill effect on customers.

Always good their roasted chicken is the best and service is great always. Staff ate very efficient,yes sometimes when they're busy you will have to try and Getty someone's attention and they're area days when the lettuces for the salad aren't fresh anymore. But that's it. The rest is good food you can count on.

Service is good without being intrusive. Although your experience may vary depending on when you’re here, I didn’t find it hard to catch the staff’s attention. For reference, I was here on a midweek holiday, arrived 30 min. before closing, and the place was about a quarter filled. A common complaint in the negative reviews is that it’s on the pricey side, and prices are definitely closer to a high end restaurant’s than a fast food joint’s. But all in all, I think that it’s still somewhat worth it. The pasta and juice shown in my pictures cost around 740 pesos (US$ 14.30 as I write this). Your call on if that’s in your budget.

Place was exquisite. Staff was very nice but slow in service. Wait period wasn't bad. Food was excellent. We will definitely go back to try more.

As always, decent Italian food. Service could have been better though. We've finished eating our mains but dessert is yet to arrive, need to inform the server and make a follow up. Paying also took quite awhile, good thing we weren't in a hurry. Also, if you're a Bistro card holder and still have those P250 off voucher, you need to inform them ahead of time if you plan to use it. They do ask if you have a card but they never ask if you still have a P250 off voucher you want to use.

The food is ok I guess but I find it a bit pricey. The service was slow maybe because they lack manpower due to this pandemic season. But it still doesn’t justify the fact that after 15 mins of placing our order, they would inform us that what we ordered was not available. They could have informed us right after receiving the order that its not available instead of waiting for 15 mins since another table tried to order their artichoke too and it is not available.
