Rama is an amazing yoga teacher, with a lovely energy and a beautiful space to practice. I attended his class with my partner and family and we all loved it, we were all gutted we couldn’t come back again the next day as we were leaving the area. Highly recommend!

Had a great morning session with Rama. We came as a couple and had the class for our self. Rama is a good instructor giving us a lot of individual feedback, help and guidance. He is easy to talk with and has extensive knowledge. Will certainly recommend trying his classes, independently of skill level.

First time I have found a yoga instructor in Candolim and what a gem he is, 90 mins of all level yoga in a very clean environment. He supplies mats and blocks in with the price. There is use of a toilet up on the roof top where he is. There is a good mixture of male and females all at different levels. A great way to start your day, cant recommend enough.

The worst “yoga” class I have ever been to. I say “yoga” because it is not really that, just the teacher calling out different stretches, all of which feel rushed. No resemblance of flow, poor guidance of form, and nothing in the sense of meditation. I had to leave 30 minutes in because it was so bad. I’ve never done that before in my life. To be clear - this is not a yoga studio nor is this a yoga instructor, but a guy using his rooftop space to imitate a yoga shala.

Had come to Goa for 2 weeks.....and came to your Yoga sessions a few times........absolutely an inspiration for your own self, body and mind! Rama is an excellent teacher and we thoroughly enjoyed the yoga classes! Would definitely go everyday if I could! A big thank you!

A relaxed class with Rama. Different to other classes I’ve been to - he has his own teaching style, less of a “flow” than I’m used to. However, his instructions were clear and he was very attentive and I felt like I had gotten a good stretch/workout by the end of it! He encouraged me to push myself and try some of the harder poses which was nice 😊

This is an energising and uplifting class design to put a spring in your step, and a smile upon your face. It is packed with deep stretches, creative, dynamic sequences, and finishes with calming meditation and found total relaxation for mind and body. This class is great for students of all levels as Rama use modifications of boisterous so that you can find one that works for you and makes you feel comfortable Rama is a very special teacher, and I would highly recommend his classes to everyone. I will definitely attend his classes on my next visit to Goa.

Rama is a great teach with big wisdom of ayurveda and yoga practice. His lessons are suitable for everyone, after a few days you already started to feel better and younger with the booster of new energy. Place is very clean,spacious and has good nature ambience. Thank you. Namaste. Alice from NYC.

Have attended yoga sessions with Rama some years ago and again this past week. He is an excellent yoga teacher and an inspiration. Whenever we are in Candolim we will be attending the Lotus yoga Zen Centre to practice and learn from Rama🙏

We had booked a yoga retreat at Anahata Yoga, Goa, but last minute (without informing us) they closed down and we had to find alternative accommodation, which didn’t offer yoga but we found Rama at Lotus Yoga nearby and loved his classes and wisdom. Classes are in the morning in a quiet rooftop terrace. Mats were new and of good quality and we felt like locals walking to the venue as the neighbours greeted us happily as we passed down little lanes from the main street. All very safe. We will definitely return on our next trip if only for some of the joy and wisdom of Rama. Namaste!

The most beautiful setting for morning yoga. Rama is excellent. He conducted the lesson in great English, and made adjustments depending on everyone’s experience. A little tricky to find at first, but it’s just at the very top of the stairs!

What a wonderful yoga teacher who took such care to lead me in a yoga practice. He was very helpful to me as a beginner and took time to advise on practising when I go home! I enjoyed it so much I went every morning of my holiday in Candolim. Thank you!
