A clean and spacious place, very good host and a fun place to be in. Has a spacious area behind the rooms where people can chill out with other guests. Recommend this place for budget stay. Hope Tenement House grows further into a much bigger and better place!

A great place to stay in if you visit Goa. The house is quite spacious with a beautiful garden to sit in behind it. Food can also be ordered from the counter in the garden. It gets a little hot in the rooms during the day as there are no ACs, but still very pleasant at night. You have the parking space behind the house. Very close to Candolim beach (5 Kms)

House is very big n clean. Only thing missing n forced me to give 3 star is no basic neccessities which are very important in a holiday home. Living Hall is very hot during day time. No AC. No Soap and Toilet Napkin rolls in bathroom. No cloth hanging hooks in whole house. No dining table. No outside sitting place. Chef uses the living hall bed during night time.

Simply Amazing place and moreover a very helpful host. Kapil was very helpful during our short stay and made sure that he is always available for any help that is required. If you want to stay away from regular hotels, tenement house is a perfect place an old Portuguese house. Huge rooms, plenty of sunlight and nice decor. The hand paintings on the wall make it more vibrant and lively. Good for big family and friends to enjoy. Raj

Please don't fell for this trap. The owner messaged us to request to book outside Airbnb so that he can skip the Airbnb fee. So we did and paid him 8k and extra 3k which was supposed to be Airbnb fee. He offered welcome drinks and lounge area before booking, and we never received anything! The place is big, but only two small bathrooms, and no heater facility 24/7. The customer service is horrible and the owner of the place is so rude!!!! This is a rip off! 10k for two nights? You can definitely find a nicer place. Please don't waste your money!

This word tenement is only a humble word and an understatement for this home like set-up. The hosts are very much accommodating and take good care of your needs. The property lies in the silent zones near Calangute/Candolim beach, for those who like a tranquil & earthly vacation far from "madding crowds"! Do not expect a 5-star level facility but a humble & simple abode which takes care of all of the basic needs. The rooms can be availed separately also, but is best suited for large groups. Each and every item inside the house is intricately crafted by the owners and if you look closely enough, you may even find the long lost household artifacts like the "Chakki" in the compound.

It was really wonderful stay here and received with good hospitality. The peoples in the hotels are well trained and fully understood their jobs and responsibility. This villa suite for all age groups and specialty for families and couples in terms of safety and security. We really enjoy our trip in this Goa villa....☺️

Beautiful old house with big magnificient backyard. Loved the drive to the place too , full of old churches and Goan houses. The host is very prompt in communication and looks after the place and guests very well . Also would love to mention the beautifull well in the backyard ( no danger as its covered) . Overall a nice play to spend few days or a vacatuon with friends or family.

It was a great experience for me and my friends there. The place is very clean and hygienic. The host was also good. He treated us as his own friends. Suggested places to move around. Also Had lots of fun at scuba diving as suggested by them.

It was a wonderful experience for me, If you wants to stay at a typical Konkan house don't think just book Tenement House:) About the ambiance, i never expected this kind of clean and neat ambiance in Goa that to for this much cheaper. Last but not the least the host and the room boy they treated as like their friend and guided me a lot to roam and arranged the transportation and all. Simple thing Don't check for the reviews you can book the rooms without any hesitation
