1st and second treatment went well, handled by the male vet. Brought my dog for his 3rd session of chemotherapy. There was a female vet, not sure if she was an intern but she i doubt her skillset in inserting my dog's IV line. After a while i was panicking telling everbody that my dog's forearm swell. Everybody said that it was OKAY it was NORMAL. Im from the medical field also so i know if there is significant difference on limb's girth palpation wise. My heart was pounding all my instinct told me to not push through with the treatment. But, still, i trusted the professionals. So the Dr. gave a go signal to the female dr/intern to inject the chemo thru the IV line. The following days were nightmare. My dog's forearm started to ROT! it shed hair, became shiny pale skin then ultimately became an ULCER. Until now it became a non healing wound. It is a pain for antiseptic maintenance but it more painful to see my dog suffer because of other's negligence.

If there was another vet clinic in town I would go there. The only reason these people have business is that people would have to travel half an hour for another clinic. Not professional at all. Brought in a dog that had been given prescription from another vet and only asked if the medicine was okay. The response from zacarias was "i dont know I didnt prescribe that", that is very unprofessional as a vet you should atleast give opinion to what that medicine does and explain to the pet owner. This clinic is all about making profit and does not seem to care about the pets at all.

Uncaring, lacking empathy. You’re better off looking for another clinic. We visited the clinic to have my puppy checked for his eye discharge. It didn’t seem like it was a busy day because there was only one other person aside from me. ***Not once did the vet come out to look at my puppy for even a second.*** I think it was Doc Nicole? I had to relay my concerns to one of the front desk staff, and she went in and out into one of the rooms a few times to pass the messages to the vet. Basically just told us we needed to spend x amount first to see what was wrong with him. I refused and went to another vet clinic instead where my puppy was given a PHYSICAL EXAM FIRST and addressed our concerns. That’s all we wanted. A little compassion sana. Sad lang. This was our second bad experience here too but shrugged off the first one. Pero naulit pa. So sadly won’t be going back na. There are other clinics out there better for you and your pets. Edit: Just to reiterate, we visited the clinic to have our puppy checked for his eye discharge (wasn’t even too bad tbh). Hindi sya man lang nicheck ng vet at all not even for one second. We definitely didn’t opt for the multivitamins as a replacement for his treatment (like what the manager said) we just bought one nalang to add to his vitamins.

The facilities are clean and the staff is professional. I like how spacious and well-kept the area is, and so far, their staff has spoken the kindest to and handled my pet the best. The vet was also very kind. I brought up many apparently-minor problems, and I was not spoken down to or belittled for being worried.

The staff, most especially the vets, are very accommodating and very professional. If you want to get the value of your money, Zacarias Animal Clinic is the right place to ensure that your fur babies are in good shape.

The doctors are very very nice and very accomodating. All my dogs love them so much that's why we can easily bring them w/o them feeling agitated. Whenever our dogs doesn't feel well, they always give effective medicines and our dogs easily feels good in a dah or two. Their services are truly dog friendly. Best Vet in town! Thanks a mil to Doc Zac for tending to my LaLa's needs. I thought she's gonna lose her eyesight for life. Geez, it breaks my heart to see her like that. Good thing Zacarias Animal Clinic has always been ready to help wherever and whenever.
