Terrible attitude toward the clients, bad pizzas (precooked and then frozen) and unqualified staff. Btw : They make the pizzas in a microwave.

TRAGIC SERVICE! I couldn't believe how backwarded is the management. Chaotic and disorganised staff walking around and pushing costumers who are trying to order for takeaway. The pizza's menu uses Italian names but have NOTHING TO DO WITH REAL PIZZA!!! If the italians find out what this guys are doing, they will send the Sicilian mafia to demolish this place... The olives used as a topics are not pitted and will break your teeth! After 22:00 there shoud be promotion on pizza but also it depends on the managers mood. They had software issue and i could not take advantage of the offer. Once i placed the order they start selling on discound to the rest of the costumers. I attempted to discus the problem with the manager but she told me there is no option to do anything. Also doing business in 21 century and not having post terminal for card payments is ridiculous!!!! I would never ever attempt to order from this place!

I paid for a medium pizza, to go, and got a small pizza instead. Bad personal atitude olso.

Lovely place, friendly and helpful staff, the food tasted amazingly! The only downside was that one of the glass doors was broken and the smoke from the cigarettes from the smoking area was coming partially to the smoke free area, so we had to move to another table. But hopefully this door will be fixed and it will be all back to normal! Other than that - pleasant experience and tasty food!

Table service could be improved, but these are honestly the best pizzas in town! Most bulgarian pizzas are not made with mozarella but with yellow cheese, here you can choose to swap the cheese with mozarella which is a plus. There is a HUGE variety of salads which is pretty impressive for a medium size restaurant. The quality of the food is very good.

I would recommend the chips, and the fried chicken. Staff was friendly, service was good.

Fast service. Lots of choices for pizza and salad. Fair prices. Pasta dishes not really recommended. Always overcooked. I think they don't know what means al dente 🤔. All dishes are available for delivery.

When I come to Silistra, this is the place I always stop to eat pizza, and the legendary pizza is made here. Last time I came, we ordered the family size, it was incredibly tasty and satisfying. I recommend the caprischoza.
