Hotel is not equal to a 5 star. Needs a serious cleaning. Almost everywhere spider nets. Curtsnins and carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. In the room which we stayed there was water leak from times in the bathroom.very good location. Helpful staff. Fair enough comparing to price. If they do proper cleaning, I would give 4 stars

Very hot. Conditioning is not working AT ALL. 33C in the room! WiFi doesn't work in the room as well. No warm water. Thank you for service, cleaning and breakfast though, it was really nice.

No AC in the room,no hot water running, it was good that is so hot outside,but still not ok at all.....it looks good when you come in the middle of the night! Breakfast in the jail may be better!

Room is clean, staff is friendly. The food in the restaurant is not very good, the second time we definitely would not have come. The breakfast is rather poor.

The location of this hotel is the best one... one step out and you can have access to everything. Staff is very polite and keep professional. Rooms are not bad, just really need some maintenance to be done, and it will start looking as a new one.

Love it! We stay only one night, and we love it. The food was ok in the morning, swedish buffet, and from the teras you see a nice garden.

The rooms are cosy and nice, very clear every time we visit, the style is nice, there are decorations and pictures - plenty of them There is a pool and spa zone, offering massages and other procedures The restaurants are also great, staff is nice and helpful, food is delicious Recommend for vacations and business trips

Very friendly welcome by the security guard (late check-in w/o english). Perfect location in center of town for an overnight stay. Rooms in old fashioned style are relatively large and well equipped with several tables for your 1000 things. Large bath with tube/shower combination. The tube was a clean refit. Inhouse Spa, I regret I hadn't time for it. Moderate affordable rate, full breakfast buffet. It may not meet a ***** certification in Central Europe, but a very good ****.

A quaint little spot in close proximity to important administrative buildings. Lunchtime gets lively.

Loved the receptionist. She was very polite, helpful and funny. The hotel is located near the center. Very clean, has an indoor pool. The rooms are nice.

My family went there for the swimming pool, so I can't give any opinion about the rooms, but the staff if friendly and helpful, they are always keen to support you and to give you the information that you need. The pool is very nice, not so big, it needs some minor repairs as some of the tiny floor tiles are coming off here and there, bit it doesn't affect the swimming experience at all. There is an area where you can go outside and have some tanning and then you can come back to the pool or you can just stay indoors. There's a coffe bar, so you can order some drinks when you are around the pool or to go there, have your drinks and then come back to the pool. Bring your own swimming hat!!! Especially if you have a long hair, as it is a must and you might end up buying one of theirs if you want to enjoy the pool. There are showers and changing rooms too. There are cards for numbered visits too. If you get a card, your visits will be cheaper.

Clean, good service and in great location

The room needs serious deep cleaning and maintenance. Staff so nervous, so rude. I think they were busy and couldn’t handle it. They just gave us the key without explaining nothing else. Every time when i go to reception had to wait for them to finish playing on their phones or eating in that small room at the reception. No space for parking and the man was too busy to even come outside and check playing on his phone. Room spiders… cmon! Just never again……Ridiculous!!!

A lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice restaurant and good breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with very nice and friendly employees, a big area with spa and swimming pool, sauna, solar, masaj. The room was very clean and the breakfast was just fine. We stop just for a night in our way to Istanbul but I am sure that we will come back again even for a weekend.

I would have rated 5 star for the rooms and position but the staff from reception ia nota Bety helpfull and the staff from restaurant is even worst. The blonde waitress from terrace is very unfriendly
