Disappointing Experience. I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a room at Ragtime Suites in Dagupan City. I made the reservation a day before my arrival and even took the initiative to call them twice to confirm my booking. On both occasions, the staff assured me that I had a confirmed reservation. However, upon reaching the hotel late at night, I was shocked and frustrated to learn that there was no room available for me. The fact that I had called twice to confirm my reservation and was given false assurance by the staff made the situation even more frustrating. Not only did I waste my time and energy traveling to the hotel, but I also had to face the inconvenience of finding another hotel at such a late hour. The lack of available rooms at Ragtime Suites reflects poorly on their management and their ability to handle reservations efficiently. It is highly disappointing that they failed to honor their commitment to provide me with a room despite my efforts to confirm my reservation beforehand. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the hotel and their reliability. As a guest, I expected a certain level of professionalism and responsibility from Ragtime Suites, especially after confirming my reservation multiple times. Unfortunately, they fell short of meeting these basic expectations, resulting in a significant inconvenience and disappointment for me. Based on my personal experience, I would caution others against relying on Ragtime Suites for their accommodation needs. It is advisable to choose a hotel that values its guests' time and respects their reservations, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Overall experience was nice. 5 stars for convenient location. Great option if you're planning to take the bus the next day to another destination or to take the jeepneys to tour around the city. It's right beside the main road and across two to three Manila-bound bus terminals. I booked the standard corporate room (not sure if I got it right.) I think the area for 4 single-pax rooms was around 30sqm or less. It's good for people traveling with just a small luggage or a backpack. They have a small closet with a lock and key for your personal items or clothing. The only downside was that I can hear people entering and exiting since my room was right beside the main door. And I can hear my neighbors in the midst of a personal conversation since the partitions did not cover the entire height of the room. But no other complaints since I only stayed overnight and I'd still recommend it if you're just planning to have a place to rest for a couple of hours before heading to your next destination.

Reception on 2nd floor and rooms are in 3rd. Stairs only,metal ones. 711 store in ground floor. Almost 3 parking spaces which are always taken. Room has sofa and ref and hot shower with rustic accent. Nice mirror. living room has icy cold aircon as well as the room. noisy as this is along the busy road.

A good place to stay, rooms and facility is well assigned, clean linen and a corteous staff.

Rooms are very small and since each individual door is flimsy, security can be a problem. It's really difficult to sleep in a hotel on one of the busiest intersection of the city without a well-secured door.

Room has lot's of unwanted guest(mosquitoes) very clear cleanliness is not maintained. Very noisy outside like some kind of machine is being operated you cannot rest properly. Cr is too small and they don't even put rags in front of the door so it makes the floor very slippery. Staff are not accommodating, they're sleeping while on duty. Cause of this we only stayed for a few hours. The only good thing about this hotel it's near on city proper. AC still new and breakfast is good

Room is okay but there's a leak on the floor. So I had to go down from the 3 flr to their office... They have no service phone inside the room... Aircon is not that cool. It's noisy even inside the room because it's just beside the highway. Don't stay here! Haha. Sorry.

its supposed to be a zero star the corporate suite was too way pricey in which you will share the room for 4 different persons and the wall was way too low of one of the guest stands on their bed they can see the three others no privacy,no lock the comfort room is common its located outside to dismayed

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Dagupan, close to pretty much anything one may need or want to be. Despite being on very busy street with a lot of traffic and noise, the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff were courteous and helpful with every request we had.

Really friendly and helpful staffs. Bathroom is clean and has everything you need despite being a shared one. (Standard room option) The room/cubicle was really cozy and spacious enough. Would go back again if I ever need an accommodation in this area.

This motel is kind of costly for the amenities it offers. The only saving grace is its proximity to the only bus stations in Dagupan City.

Relaxing place to stay though the promo online was misleading, it was indicated that breakfast was included but upon check in, we were informed that it wasn't. All in all, good place, we can consider staying here again when we visit Dagupan again.

If your looking for a budget friendly but decent accommodation. This is the place to go to just look it up on google and they are on top of the mosr affordable hotels in the area of dagupan. You'll have a baguio feels in their rustic themed hotel.

Location is very convenient esp. it is close to SM Mall and Bus Terminal, 7-11 convenience store is just downstairs. Room is clean, shower has heater, staff is very approachable and accommodating to our needs. only 21 mins from the nearest beach so we get to watch the sunset and is quite relaxing. The only downside is they don't have an elevator but we enjoyed our stay including our 2 furbabies. We will book again for sure!

From the outside look kinda like you are going to be disappointed, but once you step in your room, you feel glad that you book this place. Room was clean. Just enough space for you. Not too big but not small. Aircon is working well . The location is so good. Just opposite for the bus terminal so its easy to get to anywhere. Theres jeep and side car to bring you around. And very close to a mall too

Do you want to be alone. I recommend this place for self reflecting..or just want to relax. Or need peace of mind.. The rooms are clean and service are good

Hotel has cramped up not much space. Room was average. WIFI signal is poor in rooms. Room service was slow and late. Value wise, I say go to other hotels. Php 1,250 for one night with that room and service is not worth it. Plus they wont tell you that the actual hotel rates are deceiving.

Accommodations are clean and homey. Free breakfast with your overnight stay. Has a 7-11 at the foot of their stairs. Best thing is it’s right in-front of the bus terminals.

Room are clean and furnished but a little bit claustrophobic. No secure carpark. Not suitable for senior clients because there's no elevator. The bar cafe is not functional. The staffs are accommodating though.
