This
place
claims
to
be
a
3-star
hotel
but
I
think
its
less
than
3.
Upon
entry
to
the
lobby
door
to
checkin,
I
realize
this
is
a
training
hotel
of
TRACE
school
as
it
is
located
in
the
school
compound.
The
agoda
price
when
I
booked
this
place
is
4000+
php
per
night
for
a
deluxe
room,
queen
size
and
no
breakfast
included.
I
regret
booking
this
hotel
on
an
impulse
since
theres
no
more
hotel
available
more
than
2
weeks
before
graduation
day
at
UPOU.
At
the
lobby,
i
was
surprised
that
they
only
accept
cash,
gcash,
and
bank
transfer
for
payment.
Why?
Its
a
3-star
hotel
and
the
rooms
were
not
cheap.
Good
thing
the
staff
were
courteous.
It
is
a
management
concern,
not
trainee’s.
Also,
staff
hair
should
be
kept
clean
and
not
looking
they
just
woke
up.
The
room
is
clean
and
orderly
when
we
entered
the
room.
But
its
nothing
like
other
3-stars
hotel
and
deluxe
room
ive
had
in
the
past.
Bed
is
springy,
wifi
is
fleeting,
extra
bed
is
just
like
an
old
single
size
mattress
pulled
out
of
stock
room.
The
extra
bed
is
800php,
imagine.
Other
good
things
are
water
pressure
is
good,
no
scary
stains,
and
there’s
ample
space
for
our
personal
things.
This
satisfies
two
🌟.
Location
wise,
it
is
near
the
main
road
where
bus
going
to
manila
passes
through,
and
its
5-10minutes
away
to
UPLB
gate.
There
is
a
small
mall
(Olivarez
Plaza)
just
in
front
of
the
alley
going
to
the
hotel.
However
that
alley
is
too
narrow
when
multiple
vehicles
has
to
pass
to
enter
and
exit.
The
hotel
has
limited
free
parking
space,
about
7-10slots
I
assume.
This
deserves
3
🌟.
For
breakfast,
we
ordered
early
at
7am
sharp
so
we
could
enjoy
it
in
30mins
time
or
less
(typical
hotel
service).
When
we
came
down
at
the
lobby,
food
was
served
late
at
8am.
The
plating
like
from
a
small-scale
resort,
not
picture
worthy.
The
rice
is
too
mushy
(malata
in
tagalog),
beef
tapa
is
too
small
in
portion,
and
that
utensils
were
not
given
prior
foods
were
served.
Too
many
more
to
mention,
but
that
sums
up
my
one
🌟
for
service.
