The building and amenities are undergoing renovation so, not much to look at, but the room itself was nice and spacious. I think it's condo owners subleasing their units, but booked online through Expedia like a hotel vs. Air BNB.

Due to the COVID restrictions, there are a lot of papers to be signed. Do not forget vaccination card and ID. And papers or documents, since you can only book for essential travel (depends).

Overpriced and definitively not as advertised. Where do I start. We booked this place because the pictures looked good and it claimed to have a fully fitted kitchen with a double bed. My wife likes to cook and didn’t wanted to relax somewhere for a couple of days. Well as you can see from the photo the kitchen was for display purposes only. The only thing that worked was the cold-water tap. We even had to demand a microwave be bought to the room. The double bed is not a double but a large single. As you can see from the photo it is only 1.5 pillows wide. Luckily my wife is very small but if you are a couple of reasonable size forget getting any sleep. The towels they provide are very small and in the two days we stayed they did not change the sheets, towels, toiletries or clean the room. We had to make the same small towels last 2 days between us. The rate was 4270 PHP per day. and you get small cheap towels and a small bed with no kitchen facilities. The reception staff were friendly but unable to offer any solution as it everything is the managers decision who despite numerous requests never called me or spoke to me. Instead she hid behind her staff and got them to relay bad news. We checked out after the 2nd day and moved to somewhere much better at half the price. We don’t know who the manager was but they clearly need a lesson in customer relations. In short this is a very overpriced room for what it provides. I suggest you find somewhere else to stay

Pluses: Clean room, cool airconditioning, nice view, separate toilet and shower stall, courteous and helpful staff, card key door, firm beds, clean sheets, free parking, moderately priced Minuses: elevator is not 24/7, some mattresses still have plastic wrapping, toilet bowl tank takes long time to fill up, so-so wifi speed Overall: it's Okay, but can greatly improve

Luckily, i have an advance booking, rooms came in cheap. Cleaners come late. Have to pay 2k upon check-in, refundable but with deductions in case of damaged items on check out. 2k!

A comfortable hotel experience inside a memorable place. It is in the center of activity near University of the Philippines Los Baños. Adjacent to a mall, you can have a decent selection of food to try when you go out the hotel. PS: try Mernel’s cake when you checkout. It is the best chocolate cake imo

The reception staff are great - excellent service overall. It's a bit pricey though for the place and location. Noisy at night but tolerable. Overall the experience is not bad. What can be improved? Overall maintenance of the place to make it more appealing to guests, the door to the balcony should have a secure lock and should have instructions for the use of TV and intercom.

Internet svc was not good, cable tv remote did not work, door key did not work properly, not enough sockets to use for charging phones. Room was neat, toiletries were available, hot water was available in the shower, good view from the room.

One of the best hotels that you can stay when you are in Los Banos. Their standard room is spacious and clean. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Travelers usually only have the option to trust the pictures the establishments like this uploads...take the risk, trust the website..but by golly I lucked out booking this hotel. First, service is great. Great friendly staff who do their best to accommodate my requests.i.e. I needed pliers to open the suitcase I forgot the password of, they didn't have a pliers but they asked neighboring establishments just to help me out. Location, it's intimidating to see the location from front because it's a busy highway but when i got to my room..incredible view of mountains, trees, nature...I love it. It's quiet and very spacious rooms. Wifi no complains 100%. And everything you'll ever need is nearby. Malls, restaurants, bars, parks....its the best of both worlds- peaceful nature at the back, and a busy city on front. Thank goodness I booked here. Highly recommended. Tiny comment perhaps would be, no curtains or blinds for those who wants to sleep in but I like the morning view of the mountains so I didn't mind.

Pricy but good enough. Towels and bathrobe and basic toiletries were provided. The TV turned on but didn't really connect. I couldn't log into WiFi myself. Lots of paper work due to covid. Nice balcony view.

Great clean facilities and friendly staff. Close to everything in Los Banos. Great view of Mount Makiling from the balcony rooms.

Good hotel room in a prime spot here in LB. Very near establishments and walking distance to UP gate. Room was very spacious and had a good view of the sunrise.

This place is highly overpriced. I would rather you go look at nearby City of Springs where you can have a dip at their pool, rather than you stay at an overpriced room you'll just be sleeping in. Or better yet, just a barangay away, stay in at the different resorts that Pansol has to offer. I'd give it -2 stars if possible.

Convenient location beside a mall and near the campus, but a bit pricey for what you'll get. They also said presidential suite had full kitchen but there are no plates utensils pots and stove! And if you have little kids better look elsewhere as rooms were not designed for them i.e TV and speakers not mounted, balcony door can't be locked, etc.
