After 2 or 3 years, we had visited their newly renovated food court. We're surpised of the North-Meet-South interior and the vibes were relaxing also. We enjoyed our delicious lunch and had Bam-I (not salty) Sinigang na Ulo ng Salmon (generous meat), Yang-Chow (not salty nor oily), Shrimp Tempura (not oily), and Ripe Mango Shake. A bit pricey but still matches the worth of each meal. Kudos to the friendly chef out there!

This place feels lifeless, especially the second floor. With limited options, the only thing worth going here for is BonChon and the small SM branch on the ground floor.

Terrible service. They make you wait for a reallyyyyyy long time before finally telling you that their server is down or they dont have anymore cash. Never seems to be ready for anything, always “unavailable”. Save your time and just go to another branch coz this one’s useless.

Great place. There's grocery, restaurants, kids indoor playground and more. The inside from the 2nd floor is cool cuz they have a life sized chessboard that you can play with. Great place to take pictures too!

Hardware section in the appalannce store up on second floor was nice at first. But now it is going down hill. Seem people do not know about it.

Nice community mall with pop-up stores out front and parking at the back. Haven't explored inside but Cafe Ella was great.

Clean and nice. We always buy our groceries here. But you have to spend at least 1k to enjoy free parking.

The mall is not bery spacious. In here are some foodchains and the save more. There are few stores on the upper level. In this also is na LBC stall n Max's. There are other stores where you can dine. There is wheelchair accessible entrance.

Would've been a great place if it wasn't too expensive and empty. The campus boulevard looks too big because not much people dine there. Pity, because the food is great. all worth the money. Could do a bit better with the ventilation tho. The smell of food sticks to your clothes.

Nothing to write home about. Very limited options, always empty. I don't feel happy shopping/going here.

It is just fine, you can't expect to find everything in there but they have enough things inside for a basic lifestyle

Their new food court on the second floor is a sure hit among UPLB students

This is a relatively small mall with a supermarket, restaurants, a few shops and a small hotel. It is conveniently located between Crossing and UPLB. No 15minute grace period in their car park though.

This place has really evolved and is now serving better services to UPLB students and residents nearby

Nice supermarket. Only that there is no free parking. I had to park on the main road.

The place is not well maintained. Especially Savemore

Relatively new mall with limited shopping, dining and entertainment options. Grocery is ok though.
