😠 Not very customer friendly hospital. They have parkings in front and at the basement for doctors and they keep expanding but no parking for their clients.     Not very customer friendly hospital. They have parkings in front and at the basement for doctors and they keep expanding but no parking for their clients. You have to walk about 500meters just to park on the street side which is towable. Guards are not very welcoming. They wont even assist you in opening their heavy doors. If not for proximity, I wouldnt be there. Just another profit-focused place.

    I need to book for Doctor's specialist and for appointment but the the 3 telephone given nobody answers?what the heck! Maybe Hospital Staff are sleeping or positive with Covid-19 for sure....

    Ultrasound appointment is a disappointment. Very tardy long queue, no system. Pity the patients. very poor service.

    Doctors: honest with a big heart❤ Staff: highly ptofessional😊Protocols and facilities great. I just hope that the new staff and doctors will livenup to the standards set by those who worked hard to establish LBDH❤

    This was our experience in the emergency room. First and last. The worst hospital in Los Banos. They do not even deserve that one star. They charged for something that we didn’t use. We told them that we did not want to take that pain reliever injection, but in the bill, they charged it and I needed to argue with them to remove it. Also, they did a test that we did not consent. You need to be extremely careful with their consent paper regarding taking the pregnancy test if you will do an x-ray. In their consent paper, there are two sections. The upper part of the paper is just consent that you agree to take the pregnancy test right below that is your refusal to not take the pregnancy test because if you know yourself that you just finished your period cycle obviously, there’s no need to take the pregnancy test. So that’s how they will get you sign to take a pregnancy test that you do not need which costs 500 pesos. I think that’s enough but I can write a research paper about how bad the treatment was. Once again, the worst hospital in this area. DO NOT GO THERE.

    Dirty Bed. First, miscommunication between the Doctor and the assistant nurses. The doctor have been told that the patient will not take the PT because the patient has a contraceptive and just finished her menstrual cycle and ,still they did the PT. Second, the doctor did not explain properly about the patient's test results. Also, the doctor did not ask properly about the patient's condition. Is the pain tolerable or not? They just want to give pain reliever right away without asking a consent. The patient refused to take and still charge us with the medicine. Last but not the least, doctors must be open about the psychological part of all patients. They seem to ignore if it is psychological related matter. ( Patient's test results are normal so the assumption might be panic attack but doctor has no comment about it. No recommendation as well, just discharge the patient. )

    Billing was awful! Would give 0 stars, if I could. They overcharge and charge you for services and items you never receive or they never use. The staff doesn’t care. The doctors are do not know what they are doing. They do not have heart monitors. We had to purchase our own equipment for suctioning. Their beds are rusted and unsanitary. DO NOT GO HERE!

    Staff is ok, their messenger account is informative to a point. Service is also ok. Facilities, there was an operational part of the building that still looks under construction and smells like paint, got a few mosquito bites from that area, I'm not sure how the attendant is ok staying there. Toilet looks like what you see from a public toilet. I just go here because of my HMO accreditation -_- Warning: Requires surgical mask
