Clearly an opportunistic and profiteering hospital. When I first went there the staff at the entrance didn't wanna let me in because they said there was no available doctor anymore but when they found out that I am a premium health card holder, they immediately found ways to find me a doctor that subjected me to all types of diagnostic tests they could possibly offer, even the ones that I don't clearly need to undergo. They even charged my insurance with PPE for every procedure done to me though I didn't remember them having me wear any kind of PPE in every procedure that I underwent. In the end they still couldn't pinpoint or diagnose what my sickness was all about. They said that they would just e-mail me my 2D echo results but 3 months have passed but I haven't received anything from them.

Awful customer service. Nurses were kind though but the doctor attending me acted as if I was dirty.

Staff are super friendly and helpful! It was easy to use my HMO card too 😊👍

Very accommodating staff especially the security personnels. My only comment that there laboratories are very expensive, which twice the price of the same laboratory service of other private hospital. I decided to move to another hospital after finding there price is very expensive.

Their contact numbers are useless. The doctors are always late; and most of the time, there are no doctors available.

Excellent customer service

They will ask you to make tremendous down payment even the patient is in critical situation. If you don't have spot cash don't bring your love ones here you will surely lose em'.
