Won't
shop
here
anymore.
Yes,
the
prices
are
cheap
and
yes,
they
have
a
huge
array
of
cheap
merchandise.
Novo
offers
convenience
to
those
on
a
budget.
However,
the
reason
I'm
writing
a
bad
review
is
because
of
an
incident
I
was
involved
in
just
today.
I
was
shopping
around
for
several
items
to
put
in
our
office
kitchen.
Since
I
was
purchasing
multiple
items,
I
took
two
baskets
and
a
cart.
As
I
was
traversing
one
of
their
narrow
aisles
on
the
ground
floor,
the
wheels
of
my
cart
jammed
on
a
foot
of
a
huge
stuffed
bear.
On
my
other
side
were
displays
of
thermos
jugs
balancing
on
top
of
their
respective
boxes.
To
cut
the
long
story
short,
jam,
careen,
crash.
Luckily,
I
was
able
to
save
the
other
jugs
except
for
one
unlucky
thermos.
Did
I
mention
the
aisles
were
narrow
and
that
the
bear
seemed
out
of
place
in
that
section
of
the
shop?
Initially,
I
objected
to
paying
for
the
thermos.
Shops
need
to
make
sure
there
is
ample
space
between
their
aisles
for
carts.
And
placing
an
item
in
area
where
it
isn't
supposed
to
be
is
just
lazy.
Since
I
objected
to
paying
for
the
thermos,
I
was
informed
that
the
saleslady
managing
that
section
will
shoulder
it.
Her
mistake?
She
was
the
first
to
arrive
and
pick
up
the
damaged
thermos.
Nice
right?
Eventually,
I
paid
for
the
damn
thing
just
so
a
minimum
wage
earner
can
keep
her
salary
for
the
day.
It's
just
so
unfair
to
me
and
to
her.
These
stores
should
stop
jamming
their
aisles
with
merchandise
and
in
the
process,
creating
less
space
for
regular
shoppers.
This
is
a
well
deserved
review
and
I
hope
Novo
changes
it
policies
against
its
employees.
