We were in the food court of executive lounge coincidentally, and experienced a beautiful atmosphere. Really nice. Food was good. Clean area, At right price. Well done Railways.

I had a wonderful experience at the railway station lounge! The comfortable seating, clean facilities, and welcoming ambiance made my wait enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.I appreciate the convenience and relaxation the lounge offered during my journey. Highly recommended!

Nice place to have some rest, food and to get freshen up before/after a timesome train journey. Toilet is very clean. Though waiting lounge is for all (at 50/- per hour per head), the dormitory is only available for males. No separate charges for using toilet or bathroom.

This is located in the corner opposite the platform 12 in the old station complex. Charge is 50 rupees per hour that includes a.c. waiting hall, use of the washroom and free WiFi. Wash rooms are clean and the rooms are available on the first floor. The juice counter and the food court are there under the same management. Some of the staff needs to be trained to behave professionally with the customers.

When you pay x amount at the lounge to access all its facilities it’s really disappointing to see none of the food facilities are there, the staff is shouting. We took the lounge facility from 12:30 am to 5:30 am. The whole point of it is to have all facilities available but none were there. If I have to come at a certain time, to receive certain facilities then what is the point of a 24 hr lounge. They even switched off all the lights, what is someone wants to read a book? Anyway, I don’t think you should avail the lounge if you’re gonna avail it at night. Especially after 12. Terrible experience. Waste of money. Hard to imagine this place is in howrah station! Absolutely clean, the Ac works, WiFi speed fair enough. The waiting here costs about INR 50 which is more than fair. Food options: Fresh fruit juice, ice cream, puff etc.

If your train is late or reach howrah station (It's location is opposite to platform no. 11 old complex) well in ahed of train timings then you can visit this place or you can choose to relax inside this executive lounge, it has long comfortable chair/sofa, fully AC, neat and clean, bathrooms for male & female both are very clean, inside bathroom hand wash also available. Charges per hour per head is ₹50/- only, also there is food court inside this lounge where you can buy various veg, non veg items, overall nice and comfortable place for you and your family, or you can spend some quality time here with your special person.

The place is cheap 50rs per person for an hour of seating. The AC was working fabulous. Inside the lounge there is dining area as well and a food court.

Overall, I had a great experience amazing hotel Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. And food court area and food is also nice 🙂

About: It is a lounge(rather properly decorated and maintained air conditioned waiting room) Location:Located on the entry gate on Howrah station and also the adjacent of the "jan ahaar" near 11 no platform. Amenities: It has well decorated and maintained waiting facilities (chair) with air conditioning, a restaurant having all most all types of food, an ice cream parlour and last but main important one is properly clean and hygiene maintained wash room. Charges are mentioned in the attached photo.Ticket mandatory to avail the lounge but other amenities like food court or washroom is open for all. Final Verdict: I recommend every one whoever need to rest before long journey or any other situations, you required to take a rest in that congested public places, please do visit that places.

Like this executive launge need in every railway station. Very comfortable and good atmosphere for passengers with or without family. In this hot summer spend few bucks and relax. Food test good. Front desk staff very helpful. In the end once you enter here you will get everything, no need to go out.

Good place to stay if you come early for your train. Lounge is Rs. 50 per hour. If you have an early morning train, you can access rooms as well here which costs Rs. 1400 for 12 hours.
