Extremely overpriced, negotiated the price down from 5k to 4.5k for a 90 minute massage, it was still atleast 3.5k more than it's worth. The masseuse tried to end it approx 15 minutes early and I had to remind her when we started, she argued a bit but continued. She had no skill, no pressure, kept asking personal questions and was sweating profusely (even though she wasn't using too much strength). Pay £1k more and go to JW Marriott for a much better experience.

A super rip off over priced, super expensive spa with an arrogant front desk Manager by name of Rakhi who is ready to fleece you at the drop of hat. Rates are demanded judging what they can rip you off. They have no standard rates and Manager behaves like a sarkari babu at desk. I went after discussing rates and refused to take massage when she quoted super high rates. Her arrogance is a big dampened. It was waste of time and spoilt mood a second time too. Avoid these crooks like plague. Not worth your hard earned money. They are cheats in business.

Awesome spa with good service,very clean and safe environment

In the same name, they have branches in other places, but I am only reviewing the Jatin Bagchi Road Branch, see, in my opinion, in Kolkata you won't find a genuine spa, yes, I am agreeing that, in name spa, you will find it as a good massage parlour, that's all,yes they do have steam bath, May be that is the only thing, which related to spa. Otherwise all are ok, if we accept this as massage parlour.

Had visited this place last Friday, the manager was good but when it comes to the massage the therapists were constantly asking the same question over and over again,'Is the pressure alright'? If they keep asking the same thing over and over again then how will the customer relax. The other thing that I noticed was that I had taken a body lotion massage and for that she charged me separately 500/- more on mentioning it to her that she is charging too much,she was like 'No sir',I'm not. Overall good experience but be ready to keep some extra money with you for these uncalled & unwanted expenses.

They don't have any standard rates and fleece as per their analysis of the customer. Also all masseuses are only in extra services and not the massage. Went once and had to leave as they are unethical and shady..

It's really Have a wonderful experience. Those who are Not Visited this branch so please do not judge this by Others people words. Go there and Have massage. They are Extremely knowledgeable.

Went for head neck and shoulder massage. It was pathetic and very unprofessional. They did not complete the time duration and do not know how to go about it after charging a good amount.

Hello, I think your spa really needs to improve.. First of all you are super expensive, for a dry massage you charge 2500 rupees and for an oil massage 2600!!! Secondly the lady at the reception are really unprofessional- I asked if I could pay by card and they said please pay by cash what’s the problem- if u don’t have cash please we can take you to an ATM to withdraw?? I mean why in the world will u not have a card machine. OK then when I asked the masseuse if she could use some cream to massage rather than dry she said let me check and then went out and said that using cream will cost 3300!!! I mean what is this?? Lastly massage was horrible as the masseuse was so soft and lifeless sniffing all the time . Common guys please improve your service. And also all the while there was chattering sound of the other masseuse chatting in local language- how annoying

Extremely rude front desk person. So rude that he hung up the phone on a customer. Complete absence of basic politeness and courtesy. Would have rated 0.1 star if there was an option. Is this how they do business ?
