I am an owner, my honest confession would be the 5-7 mins walkway lane before entering the complex, is too narrow and congested. Also the habitations are not apt for such high priced apartment. This is the biggest negative attribute of this construction. One can otherwise actually go for it as the builder is renowned and quality is expected , high living in the midst of nature although staying near city; location is also good and independent.

Price is extremely high considering the locality which is surrounded by factory and canal. We went over there on considering the name of group. However their price is very high and even they are also not willing to negotiate. Great which seems either their demand is high or Group has lot of surplus. Whatever it could be. From my end Big No at the price considering various factors.
