Horrible service is least I can say. For first time i went yesterday hearing the brand name for root touch up. They just couldn't do properly. After coming home, I saw grey hair persisting. How can they mess such a simple thing is amazing.

Went for pedicure and hair coloring/styling. Pedicure was good. Hair cut was good. I had asked for brown hair with light brown highlight and ended up with red hair with blonde highlights, not what i asked for at all. Now i have to fix it and go to different salon to repair hair and will still have to keep red color.

I am one of the regular clients of Jawed Habib, Hazra Road branch. But unfortunately, today's experience is unexpected. From front desk to Hair dressers' end, all are unorganised, not at all synchronised. No one is bothered about customer satisfaction. They don't give value for time of their clients. All are busy to sell the packages and earn more... But they keep regular clients wait for hours, even after taking prior appointments. I would really think twice before going next time.
