I stayed in 501 in between the kitchen and lift. The staff loitered outside my room All afternoon playing loud content on their phones making it impossible to take a nap and very uncomfortable being a solo woman traveller. There were cockroach eggs in the bathroom and some dirt found in my sheets. I stayed for one night too many. I’m not sure how the other rooms are but avoid this one. It’s loud and dirty.

We stayed here for a day. The location is very good just 200 metres front nearby metro station i.e Rabindra Sadan. You may take metro to all nearby tourist places from there like to Park Street for Indian museum and esplanade. The Victoria memorial is also nearby and so is the Birla planetarium. Now coming to Room, the rooms are great. With a common dining area. All air conditioned and well furnished. They have a floor attendant for your help if any. Wifi is also available and filtered water is also available. Dinner is not available all time and depends upon if there cook is present or not. But you need not to worry you may order online or just visit the road and you will find plenty of good places to dine in.

Simple and sweet room. However one of the customer was a smoker, even on multiple request to hotel staff, no action was taken against him. We all suffered for it for 3 weeks

Location is good, not looking like a hotel. In an Apartment this hotel is created. Breakfast is so-so. Location advantage, very near to metro.

Cozy stay with polite and helpful staff. Great for weekend-long trips. Located at a walking distance from Park Street. Rooms and washrooms are clean and prices are reasonable.

Perfect place for a nice and comfy stay! located at 5th floor so it’s very quiet, soundproof walls, all essentials provided, tasty breakfast (2 options to chose from), dinner available if needed. In the surrounding area you will find a lot of shops, bars, restaurants etc. Walking distance to Park street or Victoria monument. Friendly and helpful staff! First hotel in India that I could really relax! Highly recommended!

Good guest house at Circus Avenue road near Rabindra Sadan metro station. Amenities are not much more provided here, but morning breakfast is available free with room rent. This is basically a company guest house and can you reach and book also. Price is affordable. Parking is also available.

For the price this was wonderful accommodation for Kolkata. Spacious clean rooms, caring staff. If your needs are fairly straightforward this is a perfect place. A double bed would be nice for a couple.

We were stranded in Kolkata longer than expected and were very thankful to have this accommodation. A well-located center of serenity, our room smelled nice, was very clean and we had a view onto a courtyard of trees. The staff made very nice Omeletts. Overall, we haven’t had this level of serenity and hygiene in some four star hotels on the way.

Lovely homestay with great service and location. Very neat and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and quiet due to its location off from main road. Only drawback is all rooms are twin sharing with 2 single beds each.

Red Arrow Residency is superbly located close to Victoria Memorial and offers rooms with views. Staff is extremely helpful and professional. A/C is working without fail.

Slightly difficult to locate. Always remember it’s behind the Nikon building. As I have checked in late so couldn’t try out the food so I had ordered from Swiggy. This is more like a home stay. The rooms were clean and washroom had all the basic amenities. Fairly decent to stay. When u don’t find anything this is a great place. The only thing which I felt could have been better is the price. As per me it was slightly over charged. Rest good.

Room Service is Good.The Food Taste is also OK.Room and balcony also fine. Bed is small and not so comfortable. Moreover the bathroom needs improvement. They need to update the ceramics. And make a little makeover. For the price they are charging there is no excuse. They should maintain 3 star level of service .

It was a very pleasant stay, clean, friendly staff and very centrally located.

Inside this lovely premises i found a Day spa and salon which is an added advantage. After a hectic tired day all you need is complete relaxation of mind & body and you will find it here. The atmosphere is peaceful. A very big Gym skulpt is just across the road and a bar cum restaurant too! Every single things are available in this commercial hub. New market, Park street all are within 15 minutes reach.

I arrived in Kolkata very late at night (~3 am) and Red Arrow Residency was very accommodating. Most places in this area don't allow such late check-in, but someone at Red Arrow waited up for me. Smooth check-in, great breakfast, comfortable room. Outer gate may be locked at night, but there will be a gate guard who can let you in.

Good Homely Stay

Every thing is good. Only issue I faced was finding the place. Owners number sometimes doesn't get connected. Rest is good.

We stayed for 4 days. Very wonderful place, extremely good location, near to all tourist places almost at City centre. It's very calm at this place even if it's close by to main road. They serve very good breakfast (complimentary) - parathas, oats, fruits, side dish or bread omelette or jam with bread and night dinner is provided if requested with extra payment.
