Experienced an amazing ambience but the waiters did not have any masks on. So that was a downer. The food and drinks were extremely delicious. The nachos platter was hugee and tasty and the Beijing chicken is a must try in their starters. The music could be a bit less because we couldn't hear ourselves think. But please see to it that the chairs are placed a bit further apart and the waiters wear masks. The service was very good. Will definitely visit again ❤️

This is a awesome place to chill out, dance to the thumping beats from the DJ with video songs also running in the background. Must visit and experience their katsu chicken, Mustard crusted fish and signature Chapman. The taste of food is very good and the items used for preparing the dishes is very fresh. Very quick and humble service. You can easily pass out 2-3 hours of your time and not even feel that so much time has passed by such is the engrossing atmosphere.

The beer for Rs.9 and Rs 99 is real. I tried the 250 ml + 250 ml and my bill was 119 with tax and service charges. It was kingfisher draft beer 🍺🍻 in a chilled muf with great taste. Recommend the place for a Monday to Saturday day time chilling .

I have hardly felt so cheated ever, the way I felt when the bill arrived. On the menu they mentioned you get 2 whisky of 30ml free on ordering 10 small whiskey. We clarified the same with the staff and he confirmed that we need not to order all ten together but when the bill came they charged us for all 18 drinks we ordered and told us that we had to order all 10 drinks together to avail the offer. Not only that they charged 75 bucks for Kinley water which was printed with Rs.20/-. This is absolutely illegal as per consumer law but thanks to our consumer forum, such business can easily sustain. We had chicken wings, chicken dumplings, chicken on Nachos and French fries and I must say the food was good and so was the service until the bill episode started.

Located on the top floor of South City Mall, this place offers very good hospitality and amazing food & drinks. We ordered chicken sizzlers, lord of meat pizza and fish & chips. Food was tasty. It was dry day so we didn't have any drinks. Service was great. I hope they maintain their good hospitality likewise throughout.

LOD is located at the 4th Floor of South City Mall just Opposite to the Food Court. They are serving six different Pizzas in this festival. Which are : •Kasundi Paneer Pizza •Gondhoraj Chicken Pizza •Tangra Chilli Chicken Pizza •Kosha Mangsho Pizza •Daab Chingri Pizza & •Chocolate Sandesh Pizza!! I absolutely loved the Gondhoraj Chicken Pizza here it was light aromatic, cheesy and full of flavours. This one is highly recommend. Next we tried their Kosha Mangsho Pizza, Never tried Bengali Kosha Mutton in a pizza but the mutton chunks took this pizza to a whole new level. I'm sure you'll love this one too. The Kasundi Paneer Pizza and Tangra Chilli Chicken Pizza was also good in taste. We ended this amazing gastronomic experience with Chocolate Sandesh Pizza, this pizza was totally unique. If you are a chocolate lover don't forget to try this one. We tried few mocktails as well and all the mocktails were very refreshing. Overall I had a great experience. Don't miss this Fest if you are a true Pizza Lover.

The interior design and decor is good. Too many tables are cramped into the space. Food is excellent. The waiters need more training - they touch the head of spoons and forks with bare hands. The music is unnecessarily too loud so it's hard to talk.

Barbecue and grilled items are super delicious. We had ordered non veg platter and all items were yummy. Pizza needs improvement, was not that good, oregano had no taste. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Ambience is worth mentioning. Really too good.

This restaurant is located on the top floor of south city mall. We had an amazing experience here. The ambience is fangastic and has a lovely vintage feel. We had sizzler, pizza and fish &chips. Food was tasty. Service and hospitality were very good. Awesome pkace, will surely visit again.!👍👍

Good food, good drinks, right in the heart of city in south city mall. Decor wise I was a bit confused ... It has a huge area for restaurant, but also very loud DJ, very golden shiny decors - maybe its designed for a group whom I could not relate to. But location, food and drinks were excellent. And I would say price wise also very nicely placed. Good place, will come back again.

We went there a couple of days before. We enjoyed the ambience as well as the food. Due to too much rush staff were not able to handle everyone, this is not negative but positive that everyone loves it. The staff who served us was very professional. We ordered Cheesy Jalapeno poppers, Aglio olio and Chocolate brownie with ice cream. All the dishes were mouth watering and tastes awwssmmm, quality and quantity were also good. The price were a little expensive but its worth for it. We were quite happy with the service as well as quality of the food. After coming one would not like to leave the place as its so lively and addictive. Full thumpsup...

Prices are priced as per the returns they offer you. No need to write much, they excel in every way. Best thing about them will always be their staff!

Happened to be there alone. But the place didn't disappoint me. Its cosmetic walls, background music and nice behaviour of staff made this place 'wow'. Items are bit pricey...but after tucking into 🍺 🐔 chips, 'pricey' will be 'faded off'!

Although the place was bit crowded during Durga Puja, but the ambience was amazing. The music played had the perfect beats and very groovy. All the staffs were friendly and nice. Appreciation to the cameraman for clicking a good picture for us, to keep as a memory. 💜

This is a good place to hang out with friends and spend an evening. However things we experienced were not that great. 1. The band: the live band during our presence was pretty bad. This was on Thursday, 28th December between 5pm - 6pm. The singing was bad, the music was the cliche Hindi Bollywood numbers. Makes the ambiance seem like a local desi bar. 2. This place can cost a bomb!! For 5 drinks (3 non alcoholic, 2 alcoholic) and 2 starters, we paid 4500+. Seems like this is the new trend in some of these places in Kolkata, exorbitant pricing and margin. So come here during happy hours. It still might be worth it. 3. Food is ok. We ordered Calamari. Not the best calamari you will get in town. So definitely this place isn’t for food. Neither is it for a lot of drinking if you have limited budget. Nor is it for excellent pub music. This place definitely is well decorated. The cocktail making skills are doable (not the best LIIT I have had in Kolkata). So, they definitely need to up their game. There are better places for sure.

Meet up with friends after a long time should always be in a happy and jolly place. Well this is a prime location inside South City Mall. This place has a lavish interior. Thee lighting and decor is absolutely stunning. This all definitely comes with a pocket pinch. I think the prices of every item here is very much overhyped. We had the following items here:- 1. Peri peri chicken tikka 2. Crispy corn bhel 3. The LIIT 4. Carlsberg 330 5. Pan Masala mint hookah All the items were really good in taste but they were not extraordinary to be this much priced. Among all these the LIIT was really good and worth the price. The service was also good. Guys please make sure to remove the service charge when the cheque comes, or else the billing remains unnecessarily high. It's your basic right to remove it. They will only need your phone number for that. Well you can visit this place once but not definitely every time you you cannot afford to spend 1000 to 2000 every time you visit. Otherwise it's a good place.

The visit was not planned. I was at South City with my family and we were looking for Chili's to have lunch. We went to this place instead. It was fairly empty and the ambience was nice (mostly because it was Friday afternoon). I do not like loud music which is generally the norm during evenings. The service was really good and our server was particularly helpful. The food choices however are fairly limited to Indian dishes. They need to add Greek, Mediterranean, Mexican cuisine to their menu. However the quality of food was good and despite the very small table we enjoyed our time there. Will definitely visit again whenever I am in Kolkata.

They literally force you to pay service charge. This place is a Big No No for everyone who even thinks to visit this place. It is against the law to force any customer pay service tax, when a person asks about the charge they try to make an argument by stating that they have received special permission from the government to charge the service tax which is supposed to be informed to the customer on arrival. Yet, going by their so called rules they did not mention about any such charges neither on arrival nor before or while placing an order. When you state about these issues they'll say it is mention in the menu. We as customers are supposed to read the menu carefully enough to not get scammed. I have also attached the menu where the the service charges have been made mandatory in the tiniest fonts possible. I am shocked on how are they still running their fraudulent business and robbing their customers. I forgot to add about how there was no hygiene maintained, fruit flies and even big bulky flies were flying all around. Such a disgusting disgraceful experience on our Independence Day.

We went their just before the Pujas, for the special occasion they launched a Special Menu , we tried : Charcoal Chicken Dimsum Southern Pepper Calamari Korean Fried Prawns Spaghetti Aglio Alio Garlic naan with Murg Awadhi Korma Also a few mocktails, Virgin Mojito and all along with their Signature Cocktails! The Korean Fried Prawns can be paired off with their Signature Cocktails, a delectable appetizer. One of my favourite, the Charcoal Chicken Dimsum, plump and juicy with adequate amount of chicken fillings, a must have! From the mains, we tried the garlic naan along with Murg Awadhi Korma and to my surprise it turned out to be really good, you don't get such awadhi dishes in a pub! Favourite Picks : Charcoal Chicken Dimsum, Korean Fried Prawns and Surprisingly Garlic naan along with Murg Awadhi Korma. Highly Recommended!!
