One of the best locality to live. Friendly and cultural people of those area made the locality politically stable. The lake is a fantastic place for morning or evening walk and gathering. During festival season no one will disturb for mony. E M bypass, Jadavpur is very close to this place. Very well connected by bus, auto and train. One can experience very reasonable market price of veg and FMCG products. No disturbance of club or dada type people. Shortly it will be connected by metro from bypass as well. I haven't experienced any religious, political or financial discrimination for last 8 yrs as well.

Good for morning walk and evening walk. Timing : morning 6:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m and evening 4:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m. Very good visible fish there. You can feed them some puffed rice, bread. Atmosphere is very relaxing and refreshing. You can also make adda/meet there with friends and small talk also. Night view is very good to watch.
