Unimpressed. Was Sold a very poorly crafted piece and after sales service is not just pathetic, they scream at old people. Least recommended.If i could I would give just one star. Now I am stuck with lacs of wasted jewellery.

Could have been a little more friendly and polite so that my purchase would have ended in a little pleasant note.

Few years back I had purchased a Loha Badhano from this particular branch as I was told that BC Sen is a very reputed store and I was satisfied with the craftsmanship. Very recently the product broke and I took that to two of the best jewellers in Kolkata . Both concluded that the product was made with 21 carat gold instead of 22 carat gold. I had purchased this piece with the current 22 carat gold rate and there was a lot of deduction. I wasn't even hallmark, or rather why would they give such purity being reputed . I didn't take that to BC Sen coz honesty I didn't want to vist the store again. I would advice people to not buy and product from here with their hard earned money .
