Easily locatable as it is the most popular silver merchant in the area right opposite Goenka college. 3. The making charges are low. I was shocked to see that how well known brands take a lot of money from customers. 4. Every big jeweller will suggest you to visit their shop as they are the biggest silver dealers in kolkata 5. Great customer service. Cons: 1. No AC in showroom. In summers, can be irritating 2. Parking issue. Parking right in front of the store is difficult. 3. There are many stores who try to replicate them but in reality they dont have any branch so try and locate the original one only, that is right beside Gour Dey Lane entry

Silver shop or store in Kolkata means Shaw Jewelllers. I was very impressed with the range of products available. Needless to say about their quality. They have the best quality. The only problem is parking issue. Otherwise, it is a great place.

Its very painful to visit in summers otherwise the place is really nice. I generally feel shy at jewellery stores but this one is truly nice. Because they explain you everything from scratch and the store is very basic. Not very flashy. Maybe this is why their making charges are low and one thing I noticed which is they are very particular about market rate. Other shops gave at very cheap price but then I wondered how is it cheaper than market rate. Owner told me its not real silver or gold because no jeweller will sell cheaper than that and give you at loss. Very genuine and holy recommended. But request owner and management to install ac.

Not customer friendly or professional .won't show anything beyond the price range I had asked for. Wanted to see a model of a rickshaw in silver,they would show it only if I take it. Would this outlet survive a few years later with this attitude? Won't show anything until their bouni or whatever is done. Customer comes second,their attitude comes first.

We bought a silver payel worth rs 5400 aprx in year 2017. After Purchasing I reviewed this shop as one of the best silver shop but after few months the story changed. We found the quality of the silver is not that good and contains a huge amount of mixture than required. When we called them at that time they denied and disconnected the call while using slang language. Just to know the truth we went to a shop near us to verify the product & they said a huge amount of mixture is used to make this. We were completely clue less as we were mocked & kind of robbed. After that I bought a silver bracelet for me from one of our familiar shop in 2018 only & till now it's as good as it should be. I know there are so many good reviews but this has happened with me. If needed I can show up my bill & the product which is still there. Yes, we haven't sold it because there's no meaning of selling it. We went to different shops at that time but the rate of the product was coming around 1800-1900 & was almost rs 3500 less than the buying price

They don't reply on social media but quality of products is really amazing. And the prices are also very low. I highly recommend Shaw Jewellers but the team should be more active on Social Media
