I have never been to a place like this. The ambiance is quite interesting and very different from what we find in regular cafes. The concept is extremely novel- a mango tree and it’s shade well utilised. It feels like you are seated amidst the branches while you dine. A peaceful place with good food amidst Nature. I believe the best time to visit this place is before evening sets in. Coming to the food, the bakery section is to watch out for. The cheese cake is a must try. I personally loved their cold brew- cranberry flavour. Rest of the dishes were good as well- we tried cheese corn spinach crepes and chicken wings. Hoping to return soon to taste the rest of the dishes.

Excellent service. You can expect that an establishment would be at the top of its game is when the staff are alert and on their toes. This speaks volumes for this business and I give it top scores. The chef does justice to all the dishes and the wait time is pretty low (even between already ordered dishes/repeat orders). A big shout out to Jerome who waited at our table. Really like the ambience and the outdoor seating area in winter. They do have indoor air conditioned seating too but that’s a bit ‘crowded’. Really interesting concept with a decent variety of good coffee, cheese, chocolates. Their food is good. Not a fan of the salads though.

The place is beautiful, has an amazing vibe. We ate mint mojito, chicken slider and white sauce pasta. Our server Deep was very kind and made us feel welcome.

I am sad to say that the place is only okay and not great or good. The setup is amazing if you like greenery and quiet. It's located on a quiet byline on Ballygunge and the whole place (ground and first floor) is amidst trees. Aesthetically it's pleasing for people who like to be in that kind of a setup. The food is inconsistent. The croissant was very satisfying. So were the tarts. Everything else that we ordered (a mixed berry cheesecake, a sausage omelette platter and a hot chocolate that's not in the picture) were underwhelming. The cheese of the cake seemed to be a homemade version of cream cheese that was too light for my liking. The thin layer of berry flavouring on top had some artificial element. I personally dislike places that use canned or frozen food and that's why I'm giving this place an average rating. The rostis on the platter along with the beans weren't made from scratch.

An Absolutely Gem of a Place for people who have made Coffee a part of their lifestyle and culture and people who love smacking Continental & European dishes which are actually tasty, healthy and huge in quantity!!! Heard this place from brother and decided to go for it. Believe me, it was a wonderful experience overall. Yes, there were some hiccups like the service part was a bit amateurish. No, the behavior of the personnel was absolutely polite and friendly but felt that there was a lack of coordination and the team still ain't ready to handle large crowds. A little training can do the trick. But the Food and Drink.....Ufffffffff.....Its extraordinary! Be it Quality, Quantity and the Fresh Ingredients, they had it all and what more to expect in a Restaurant than somw terrific outstanding food. The Menu itself was highly attractive and pretty self-explanatory, especially the Coffee part was exclusive and full of delicious variety. Even we purchased coffee beans before leaving the place. The place is aesthetically beautiful... Situated in the lane just beside haldiram ballygunge, this place has a serene atmosphere... The lower floor was not operational, and the upper floor has an indoor, outdoor and balcony sitting. The outdoor sitting is within the midst of lush greeneries and has a pleasant atmosphere. However the service was a bit slow, and the food taste was average. This place is a must visit for people who would like to sit for a cup of coffee and conversation, or holding a calm and formal business meeting between two individuals over a cup of steaming brew.

This Pet friendly cafe situated in the lane beside haldirams food City is just love. Perfect place for a chitchat over coffee with friends, date or family. The ambience is crazy good. Great to have such open green places in Kolkata finally. Absolutely love the trees right in the middle of the cafe with those overhanging branches! Every detail of the cafe is so tastefully done and it really comes across. The vegan iced latte smelt as good as it tasted and looked. The cappuccino on the other hand, was all foam and hardly any coffee. That was the only disappointment but a major one as good coffee is the foremost expectation from Craft Coffee. If they only improve on that, it would be a perfect hangout and will soon be brimming with people waiting to get in!

Today I went with my family at Craft Coffee and it was quite a good experience for us. The artistic ambience and the warm welcome by the staffs is really admirable. Th staffs especially Ms. Pihu and another guy (extremely sorry as I forgot his name) have guided us very well in choosing our menu. In one word it was awesome. I would like to visit often here. Excellent place for spending good times with friends, or family or colleagues. The ambience is very nice. Well decorated. Fresh interiors. Very clean. Food was pretty good too. It took a bit to bring the food on the table, but that is acceptable. Approx 1000-1200 for two if you go for breakfast with coffee. Very much recommended.

One of the most aesthetically designed cafe with one of the best brewed coffee in Kolkata. Meticulously curated menu and the interesting decor of the place gives it an amazing old world charm. The coffee menu is delectable and the desserts are to die for. Overall, this appears to be a place where a single visit wouldn't ever do justice. You've got to keep visiting it to get a wrap around everything this place has to offer.

Food quality is excellent but the price is a bit on the higher side. Extremely great staff behavior. Now my favourite part- the ambiance. The most Insta worthy and calming cafe I have been to in a while. Do try the coffees, I went for a cranberry cold brew and was pleasantly surprised by the taste.

Recently visited this wonderful cafe with great ambiance, food and staff. I'll recommend their Twin Pepper Chicken and barbecue chicken pizza. Chicken pieces of Twin Pepper Chicken were extremely soft and juicy...a delight to have. The waitress Pihusha was extremely polite and friendly. After our lunch she also offered a complimentary brownie ❤️❤️

I had a fantastic experience at Craft Coffee Experience Center in Ballygunge. This place offers a wide range of specialty coffees and even roasts their beans in-house, which adds to the uniqueness of the experience. The staff is highly professional and efficient in their service. One amusing quirk is that they default to using English as the language, despite being in Kolkata. Additionally, Craft Coffee offers a variety of home brewing equipment and freshly roasted coffee beans for sale. The staff was enthusiastic and eager to discuss the different beans and roast profiles available, making it a great place for coffee enthusiasts. This place looks amazing. Built on top of a portico of an old heritage residential property. The vintage cars will make you excited if you are a car lover. The rooftop arrangement is nice. Service is excellent. We were attended by Chanchal and Sayan, they helped us choose the correct coffee. However there could have been more options in coffee. Food quality also could have been better given the competition in the market.

It's a perfect place to hangout. I love the ambience and the food but what makes me go there again and again is the Service. Everytime i go there I look for Pihu . I have been to this place twice. Loved the open air ambience. My experience with food has majorly been good except the mutton pizza during my first visit, which tasted stale. Service needs to improve a bit as the staff is not very attentive and one really has to call out multiple times for requesting any service.

One of the most beautiful cafe to visit in kolkata. The moment u step into the cafe u be like wow. They have outdoor n indoor seating capacity with their scenic view. The foods and drinks were too good but i was bit disappointed with their tiramisu, it is highly recommended their but i dont know why, the coffee flavor was missing and it was too cold to eat like we were chewing ice cubes and the flavor was more creamy.

Always love visiting this place...the staff members are very humble and helpful.. ambience is so relaxing and soothing to the eyes and heart. And the food and beverages are great as well.. Just one complaint..that the smokers spoil the whole feel of the place. The experience of clean green view and the fresh air has always been hampered by the cigarette smoking crowd. And also it becomes very uncomfortable for kids and toddlers around. Hope the management works on it someday and we can enjoy the good food and great service with a cleaner air to breathe in.

A beautiful and pleasent cafe for hangouts. Everythings proper except the hottest air in balcony....very lucky to get a seat as I went on Sunday. You also must visit here, Food is also decent. My favourite was both the Homemade Pepperoni Chicken pizza & Fish Finger.

Good cafe. Food is fantastic. There are areas of improvement but the food will not let you down. Their coffee is very good. Freshly brewed and very aromatic. Might come across a bit expensive but given the ambience, I think it is okay. Service is the highlight. Probably the best service I have had in recent past. Lovely place of a friends get-together. Highly recommend the door sitting area during evening because of the amazing touch of nature and light. Food: Higher recommend the omlet platter with chicken sausage. Pizza was delicious as well. Grilled chicken salad was missing a bit of flavour possibly due to lack of dressing.

As more and more restaurants and cafes open in Calcutta, the standard of food and service needs to also adapt with the times. While this space was lovely to be in, the service was abysmal and the food was below par and took ages for two simple dishes to arrive.There were so many servers around but it was as if they had no clue that they were at work! Menus only came after sitting for over 10 minutes and they had to be asked for. Only one menu for 4 people. It took three servers to be able to take our order and it was as simple as it could be. Empty plates were left on the table well after finishing eating. Two meals came 20 mins apart so one person had to watch and wait until the rest of the order arrived (arrived minutes after enquired about but took about 40 minutes for a crepe). I also had to wait in line to use the washroom for over 10 minutes until finally someone knocked on the door and out popped a female employee. Just before I went in a senior employee finally mentioned there was another loo to use. It would have been helpful if one of the 5-6 servers who saw us standing in line came and told us that. There is so much more to a restaurant than its aesthetics-service and food is what will keep people coming back. Unfortunately, I will not and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Calcutta. In this post pandemic era, don't disrespect your clientele by providing below average service and food. I will not be returning here any time soon.

The cafe has beautiful ambiance...food is really good. Supriya guided us really well in selecting the menu.

Great ambience, good coffee ans the slowest service you can expect. 2 cup of coffee took 25 min to arrive, even when the occupancy of the place was about 20-30% max. When I shared this with some Kolkata friends, everyone said that this is a big challenge. Something that needs huge improvement.
