The quality of their services has dropped a lot, I used to love it but now their services leave a lot to be desired. They no longer do it with the professionalism they used to.

I had 11 sessions of laser hair removal in three areas, which were monthly and I did not have satisfactory results. Approximately 20% had an effect. I was left with the impression that they do not adequately follow up on progress.

The atmosphere that this place recreates truly fulfills its objective, the staff is very professional and the hygiene measures are very good. It has a wide catalog of services and its costs are consistent.

The ladies who serve are very friendly, they give you all the information you need and they treat you wonderfully. The costs are good as well as the quality of the service. I am going for IPL hair removal and I fully recommend it.

The response via WhatsApp was quick and they attended to me the same day I requested the services but the truth is when I arrived I was very surprised that Hamsa is no longer the same as when it started. It seems that we were the only ones to attend in those 2 hours, the place is already deserted and not a soul, now I understand why the availability. The girl at the front desk is the same one who does the facials and eyelash procedures. The presentation of the only employee in the place was disheveled and conveyed disinterest in her work. The only thing I highlight is the prompt attention but I see that it is due to the lack of clients, they are losing more and more. It is sad to see how the place is declining, unfortunately I think it is the last time I will attend.
