We
arrived
at
the
hotel
after
staying
one
night
elsewhere
in
Guanajuato.
Although
majestic
on
the
outside,
it
is
very
run
down
and
unkept
on
the
inside.
We
were
unable
to
open
our
door
as
the
door
handle
was
broken,
the
staff
forgot
to
give
us
towels,
and
overall
the
maintenance
of
the
hotel
should
be
at
a
higher
standard.
We
were
lucky
enough
to
get
a
room
with
a
terrace,
with
a
spectacular
view,
but
with
only
one
seat,
we
must
take
turns
relaxing,
lol.
When
I
went
to
the
lobby
to
get
my
door
handle
fixed,
another
couple
said
their
sheets
were
dirty,
and
another
lady
didn't
have
a
functional
hairdryer.
The
pool
area
was
ok;
the
solar
heater
broke
down,
and
it
was
not
fixed,
so
the
water
was
quite
cold.
There
isn't
an
ice
machine
or
room
service
or
the
ability
to
take
the
food
to
go.
The
staff
was
friendly,
and
we
spoke
with
many
of
the
groundkeepers.
Worth
the
trip
once.
