Friendly staff comfortable beds. Daily room service! On-site restaurant. Common areas kept very clean.. Great location walking distance to various places. I really liked the place when I arrived. Check in and check out was easy and rooms were ready. Now the down side: Found a couple of roaches in the shower. Shower head shots water all over the place. Doors slamming until 1 or 2 am. Kids screaming in the hallways until midnight. The doors do not keep the noise out. Today, went to take a shower and had no hot water. Hard to locate and speak with manager.

A beautiful facility. My room is very dark and had one small window and inadequate lighting. No Wi-fi whatsoever. A bit of a challenge

Beautiful rustic rooms with great views! We purchased tickets for a 4 hour tour at the front desk. This allowed us to explore the city without having to drive/park the tour guide Paul was amazing! The restaurant has great food too. We enjoyed our stay

We were very comfortable in our standard room. The hotel was clean, and the staff were exceptional. The staff helped us with our luggage, with buying tickets for an event, and with finding a certified guide to show us around town. Service was way beyond what I am accustomed to in American hotels that are three times more expensive.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the public areas are quite fine. I'll give a 3 star because you feel you are sleeping with your neighbor... You can literally hear their conversation, and have no privacy at all. Consider that the shower has a 10cm step, is dark and has no railing, so it can be complicated for elderly people.

Such a beautiful colonial place, full of history and a really cozy warm pool. Excelent service with a restaurant and big gardens perfect for photography. I didn't give the place 5 stars because the towels and sheets were not white and that is important for me in an hotel.

Don’t get me wrong the hotel was simple but nice. Honest to god I was really looking forward to my stay. Rooms could be improved, but we only used them to sleep and shower in. Upon arrival we dropped off our bags and hit the town. When we arrived back to our room we wanted to shower and get ready for the next day. I should have taken pictures of everything we found but unfortunately I only took this one (below) first of all I wished my face and when I was drying it on the small hand towel there was an obvious lipstick stain on it. What ever mistakes happen right we’re all human. So my fiancé is in the process of taking a shower when we see a wad of hair on the hand rail in the shower, disgusting. To top it all off my shower immediately flooded because it was filled with hair, gunk and what ever god knows was in it which is what’s in the bag below, I alerted staff immediately. They said they couldn’t switch my room and all they can do is send someone in the MORNING to clean it out. Horrible service. Will never ever stay there again. Which we planned to stay at least another night or two. But I’ll be taking my money somewhere else. Please avoid. Horrible service. Rooms are ok.

Loved this hotel, great atmosphere, great service, everyone was nice and treated everyone equally and didn't complain about the kids.(definitely kid friendly)The kids loved the pool and the rooms were awesome (i could hear the people next door coughing but everything was fine after turning the ac on). Loved the design and architecture of the hotel, will definitely stay there if I visit again. Gracias a todos!!

Great hotel. Beautiful old hacienda style. Staff appeared friendly and helpful even though I do not speak Spanish well. Short cab or Uber drive from downtown and anything you might need.. beds were firm but I slept well. The room says that the water is filtered but I chose not to risk it and drank bottled water. Clean rooms. I would stay here again.

It's a special spot in one of the most romantic cities in the world. Big rooms, helpful staff, beautiful views, on site parking, and offers excellent value for your money.

Because the service was lousy, not too helpful the personnel. Too many problems with the rooms and did not get the attention we needed. No WIFI upstairs at all. No hot water in some of the rooms, no t.v. in some of the rooms. In summary, badly managed, lots of neglect, and no good results when notifying the front desk

Way too expensive, the place is cozy but they don't offer free breakfast or something. Is not too bad after all

Very good and nice place to stay with the family

For what they claim to be “a 4-star hotel” the service is unacceptable. First of all, it’s Wi-Fi, it was terrible at the 4th floor, constantly disconnecting, serfing IG was a pain. Second, it’s the shower. It took me 35 minutes to take the shower with the actual showering time of 5 minutes. The problem was with slow arrival of hot water and hot/cold water indicators that were misplaced. In addition to all this, they’ve only put one soap bar for two people FOR EVERYTHING. There was no washing soap for hands. And there’s only one night table for two beds with no drawers, made of very sharp stone that’s hurt my hand 5 times in a day. Slow reception. Took us half an hour of waiting upon arrival. Pros: comfortable bed, spacious room, quiet, 4/5 clean.
